Fantastique villa surplombant la baie de Malaga et la Sierra de Mijas très proche de tout à 1 km du terrain de golf Lauro, à environ 20 minutes de la plage, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport et à 25 minutes de la capitale de Malaga.
La maison a 240 m2 sur deux étages, 3 chambres à l'étage avec une grande salle de bain avec douche et bain à remous et une terrasse extérieure, au rez-de-chaussée il y a 1 chambre, un WC, un grand salon et cuisine complète, plus un grand porche donnant sur la grande piscine chauffée (vérifier le prix de la climatisation de la piscine avec le propriétaire)
Terrain de 5000 m2 composé de plus de 1000 m2 d'espace de loisirs avec piscine chauffée avec chaises longues, barbecue, aire de jeux pour enfants avec balançoires, panier de basket, table de ping-pong, billard, hamac etc ... Wifi gratuit . Le reste de la parcelle est clôturé et planté de différentes espèces d'arbres et d'un poulailler avec des œufs frais tous les jours.

This is an excellent base for a large group or multi generational family to spend time near Malaga. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, all the bedrooms have air conditioning, the large heated pool is brilliant, and there are lots of things to keep everyone occupied. Plenty of sunbeds, shade for those who need it, beautiful grounds, a pool table, and of course the wonderful chickens and fresh eggs every day! Miguel and Maricarmen are amazing hosts, so kind and attentive, and ready to help with any problems that may arise.We had a great week and would love to return again in future.

The hosts were very thorough in providing me with information on how to find the property and met me upon arrival to show me around. The property is well equipped and in a good location with easy access to Malaga airport with a journey of around 30 mins. The hosts were very helpful and gave an insight into local facilities. I would happily book again.

Great Family home

Check in was very easy, we met the owners at the house and was explained everything. Fantastic nice size pool and facilities ideal for families. Even fresh figs off the trees and eggs from the chickens!

The Villa is very large and a traditional Spanish style. The pool and pool area were lovely. It felt like you were in a hotel as the pool is large and there are plenty of sun beds and is very clean and tidy. The location was great. 10 mins to a couple of supermarkets and fuel stations. Easy to get to from the airport. Close to Malaga, Torremolinos, and many other towns. The hosts were great. Met us at the villa and explained everything and also sent lots of information about the local area. There are solar cells being used which is good too. We were a party of 8 all adults but could have easily been 12 without any problems at all. The pool table, table tennis, and basket ball was used regularly. We used the outdoor kitchen for cooking and the well equipped kitchen. The chicken were a great addition and provided plenty of eggs.

True gem of Andalusia

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. The view was absolutely outstanding, the heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were truly marvelous—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Well maintained property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Conveniently situated to visit popular locations, the outdoor entertainment is an added bonus for days not sightseeing. Would highly recommend a stay here, we will definitely return.

Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

Superb place for a big family.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

This property is absolutely incredible. Quiet location, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need on site.The attention to detail from the hosts was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and welcoming.The house is absolutely beautiful and the view of the mountains is stunning! The pool and outside area are gorgeous with so much to do for all ages.Plenty of parking and the shops/beaches only a little drive away.Check in and out process is really easy.I really can't say enough about this property. It's even better than the photos. I would not hesitate to come back again!

Superb Villa

This is a lovely Villa, which fully delivered all of our family requirements. Its location was perfect, private for the family needs and located near enough to enjoy the tourist places. The hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for 2025 and would have no issue in recommending other people to use.

Fantastic holiday

Villa and owners both fantastic, would rate higher than 5 if we could. Our grandchildren loved the swimming pool in particular but also playing ping pong, table tennis and basketball. Will definitely return

Marvellous Malaga

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon

Our best family holiday
