Relax at this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath Myrtle Beach condo in Dunes Pointe, featuring water and golf course views from a four-season patio designed for year-round enjoyment. The open living and dining areas pair with a fully stocked kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer for comfort and convenience.
Wake up to peaceful water views in the primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite featuring a renovated, large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two full beds and an updated ensuite bath with direct access to the laundry room. All rooms have ROKU TV's.
This family-friendly condo is thoughtfully equipped so you can pack light, including a pack-n-play, high chair, tri-fold twin mattress, umbrella stroller, toys, puzzles, games, and books.
The beach is an easy .4-mile walk (under 10 minutes) straight down Maison Drive. Several restaurants, bars, and the Apache Pier are also within walking distance. Beach gear is provided, including a wagon, four beach chairs, and sand toys (please bring beach towels).
Guests enjoy resort-style amenities, including a heated indoor pool and hot tub open year-round, a large outdoor pool and hot tub (seasonal; typically April to September), tennis and pickleball courts, and a scenic waterfront picnic area with barbecue grills.
Conveniently located near Tanger Outlets (5 minutes), Barefoot Landing (7 minutes), and Myrtle Beach Boardwalk / Broadway at the Beach (15 minutes). This condo is ideal for families, couples, golfers, and longer stays.

We are an active-duty military family who purchased this condo as a place to unwind, recharge, and make lasting memories with our growing family.
