Gather friends and family in our spacious, thoughtfully designed home on the edge of the Ballard and Phinney Ridge neighborhoods in Seattle. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you and your guests will have plenty of space to unwind. This spacious property also features a fenced yard and a bright sunroom. Enjoy amenities like central AC/heating, WiFi, and a washing machine+ dryer during your stay.

We’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, including:
- Premium coffee station for a perfect cup of morning pick-me-up
- Fun, interactive gaming console for all ages
- Sunroom work setup with an ergonomic desk and natural light
- Adjustable king bed (with zero-gravity setting) + soothing back massager for ultimate relaxation in the primary bedroom

The laundry was in the locked garage, we had to go outside downstairs to get to it & there was a huge rain & wind storm. The heater didn't work for the first 36 hours, the temperature in the house was below 60- degrees, repairman finally came & fixed it & said it happens all the time & he is there all the time. The kitchen was poorly stocked, & shower heads very weak. The 2 can openers they had did not work & we had to use a knife to try to get a can opened.There was a tenant living in the space downstairs & that was a bit uncomfortable & not disclosed. We booked for 8 nites & left after 2 nites due to all the issues. There was no toaster just a toaster oven with no directions.There was a fireplace shown in the pictures & it didn't work. I will say that the owner did make it right in the end with a partial refund.

What an awesome place to stay while visiting Seattle! The house is beautiful and in the best location. We stayed here with our little family (5 and 2 years old) and the kids loved everything about it. The sun room (with toys) was their favorite. The amenities are perfect for a family - especially having a driveway, laundry room, toys/books and stocked kitchen. Our host was so kind and very responsive. She gave great recommendations when we asked that had it all written out in a welcome book (even a babysitter option!). If you’re coming to Seattle with a family, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing this home and neighborhood with us - everything was amazing!

We love our neighborhood! We have the best neighbors and are walkable to many businesses like trendy coffee shops, unique restaurants, and bars. Ballard is also convenient to many of Seattle's attractions, like Seattle Center (home of the Space Needle, monorail, Chihuly museum, MoPOP) and Pike Place.

Because this is our primary home, we have premium features to share - like our adjustable King sized bed (check out cool features like zero-gravity and anti-snoring), the ultimate WFH office setup in the sunroom, relaxation corner with back massager, super fun gaming console, as well as plenty of toys and entertainment for the kids!
