This recently renovated ground floor condo is perfect for a couple, a small family or someone who works near the airport or travels frequently. This rental includes the entire furnished condo unit as it is not shared with anyone else.
The condo consists of two medium-sized bedrooms, the primary with a 1/2 bathroom and the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed, two nightstands and a dresser. A full bathroom and new full-size washer/dryer are off the hallway. A small desk, chair and printer are also available in the hallway. The kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, lighting, and appliances. The dining room provides access to the back common grass area with a small private patio. The living room contains a wood fireplace, smart TV, and a portable AC unit. New painting, lighting, and flooring throughout makes the unit fresh and inviting. This is a new rental in 2025 so limited reviews. The owner has another rental property in Mesa AZ with great reviews.

I wanted a condo near SeaTac airport since it's lower cost than other areas of Seattle, a condo is easy to maintain and I travel frequently from Juneau. Those were the primary reasons but I picked this condo since it was a fixer upper and was in a great location to visit family.

Since the condo has been renovated from top to bottom, it is very comfortable and easy to stay there. I like the location to the city park, the airport and I-5.
