Interior:
The interior features vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, natural stone fireplace to keep you cozy and air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. Large windows showcase the fabulous views of West Bay and allow for the natural lighting of morning sun. The main floor has a large primary bedroom with a king size bed, spacious full private bathroom, large closet, flat screen TV and a slider to the deck; amazing waterfront views greet you in the morning. The second bedroom houses a queen size bed and is located next to an additional full size bathroom. The beautiful kitchen and dining area is located between the two main floor bedrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and lots of storage for your food and treats. The living area faces the water, features expansive windows, a sofa sleeper and has a slider that leads you to the large deck.
The upstairs features an open staircase, vaulted cedar plank ceilings and an upper loft for relaxing and playing games. It has a futon for lounging and napping on. A great space to retreat to! The upper floor has 4 additional bedrooms; two of them house queen beds, one features a full size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Lots of sleeping options! You will also find 2 additional large full size bathrooms upstairs as well. All of the linens are included, and a full size washer and dryer are available to use in the lower level as well.

Exterior:
Gorgeous log "A-Frame" home with a large deck. This property has 104 feet of private waterfront directly across the street. The waterline is completely sandy, large, and the bottom is also sandy...perfect for any age! A fire pit is located on the beach, along with some chairs to enjoy the glow of the fire at night. Additional folding chairs may also be used, as they're located around the second firepit in the front yard. The deck features a gas grill with a griddle top, as well as tables and chairs for dining and enjoying that bottle of wine that your purchased locally after wine touring. Cheers!
