We are ready to host your large family and cannot wait for your 5-star review! This home has been fully equipped to assist people with disabilities so you can “Rest Ashore”! ADA certified amenities include: an outdoor vertical platform elevator to the main level, zero-entry way into the home, widened doorways to accommodate most wheelchairs, lift for the bed, bathroom lift for the toilet and shower, shower is zero-entry, roll under cabinetry, super sturdy grab bars throughout the bathroom, and a lift on the ground level to assist getting into a beach wheelchair!

The main level of the home encompasses the handicapped-equipped Primary Bedroom, the fully stocked, eat-in kitchen for creating great meals, a spacious living area with a cozy couch that converts to a Queen Size Bed for extra sleeping, a convenient half-bath, laundry room, and a large balcony area with plenty of seating and dining set. The Primary Bedroom has a King Size Bed with a lift, large mounted Smart TV, and an HCP equipped bath with another lift for the toilet, zero-entry tiled shower, roll under cabinetry, and grab bars everywhere for safety.
Head upstairs to find 3 more bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, and fun, built-in Twin over Twin bunks with Smart TVs on each! The upstairs Primary Suite encompasses a King Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Full Bath with a beautiful, tiled shower. Guest Bedrooms #1 and #2 contain Queen Size Beds and Smart TVs. The owners have also provided a propane grill for private use on the ground floor. Plenty of room for up to 12 people in the family!

Ready for fun? This great new community, East Fifteen Cottages, provides a HEATED community swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables to enjoy, plus community beach access just across the street.

**TVs: are streaming only. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Parking Is Free under the home, up to 4 large cars. Extra parking is available in the community on a first come, first served basis.
