Welcome to Rest Ashore, a beautiful brand-new coastal retreat completed in Fall 2024. Designed for comfort, accessibility, and unforgettable family beach vacations. Located in the charming East Fifteen Cottages community, this spacious home is just one block from dedicated beach access, making it easy to enjoy sun-filled days by the water. With room for up to 12 guests, Rest Ashore is perfect for large families, multi-generational vacations, and group getaways. The main level of the home encompasses the handicapped-equipped Primary Ensuite, the fully stocked, eat-in kitchen for creating great meals, a spacious living area with a cozy couch that converts to a Queen Size Bed for extra sleeping, a convenient half-bath, laundry room, and a large balcony area with plenty of seating and a dining set. Head upstairs to find 3 more bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, and the fun, built-in Twin over Twin bunks with Smart TVs on each! The Secondary Suite encompasses a King Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Full Bath with a beautiful, tiled shower. Guest Bedrooms #1 and #2 contain Queen Size Beds and Smart TVs. The owners have also provided a propane grill for private use on the ground floor.

This great new community, East Fifteen Cottages, provides a HEATED (seasonally) community swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables to enjoy, plus community beach access just across the street. Provided for your convenience you will find 6 Tommy Bahama chairs, 2 umbrellas, 1 beach cart, a cooler, boogie boards, pool floats and many sand toys!

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Parking Is Free under the home, up to 4 large cars. Extra parking is available in the community on a first come, first served basis.
