The ground floor features an open living area with a grand dome filling ample natural light, an expansive drawing room, a chic dining area, and a modular kitchen fitted with all possible modern appliances. The villa has been thoughtfully designed, including a couple of elderly-friendly bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground level, while the upper floor houses 4 more bedrooms, with two spacious duplexes. One duplex suite boasts a classical bathtub, while the other includes an attic space ideal for large groups with cozy mattresses and bean bags.

Living & Dining Spaces: The living room offers a relaxed, contemporary vibe, accommodating around 20 guests with sleek, minimalist interiors and a well-stocked bar counter. The expansive dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, seats more than 25 people and includes a buffet table. During your stay, you'll have full access to the villa, the expansive lawns, the swimming pool, and the outdoor bar. Our team will be on hand to assist, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We ask guests to treat the home with the same care they would their own and extend courtesy to our staff, who are here to assist you.

Security
Your safety is paramount. The property is fully secured with a 12-ft high boundary wall, wound the clock CCTV surveillance and estate access is strictly controlled by our staff, ensuring a private and secure environment for our guests.

Additional Information
- Please note that this is a private home, not a hotel. We focus on providing homely comfort, cleanliness, and well-maintained linens rather than hotel-style services.
- The swimming pool will be closed during heavy monsoons and winter months.
- All stags group are strictly not allowed at the property.
- CCTV cameras are installed at the pool, outdoor areas, kitchen, lobby and foyer areas for security purposes.

Swimming Pool Rules:
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests:
- Jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Glass bottles, breakable glassware and food items are not allowed in the pool area.
- Non-swimmers and unattended children are strictly not permitted in the pool area and guests are requested to take utmost care by themselves.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk, and the host, associates, property owners, or staff will not be liable for any accidents.
- Violation of pool rules, such as jumping or bringing glass items into the pool area, will result in a ₹ 25,000 fine and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
- By accepting the booking, guests are assumed to accept the liability waiver before using the pool.
