Welcome to our home! We are thrilled to have you as our guests and want to ensure that your stay is comfortable, safe and enjoyable. To that end, we have established a few simple house rules:

1. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.

2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the common areas. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from windows and doors.

3. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. If you arrive with a pet, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without a refund.

4. Cleanliness: Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay. If you use the kitchen, please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself. We also kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the door to help keep the floors clean.

5. Trash: Please place all of your trash in the appropriate bin and dispose of it properly.

6. Check-in and check-out: Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 11am. Please let us know in advance if you need to make arrangements for an early check-in or late check-out.

7. Guests: Only the guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight in the house. If you plan on having visitors, please let us know in advance.

8. Damage: Please take care of our home as if it were your own. We understand that accidents happen, but we kindly ask that you report any damages to us immediately so that we can address them.

9. Drugs and parties: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. We do not allow parties or events on the property. If you are found to be in violation of this rule, we reserve the right to end your stay immediately without a refund.
