This property is a unique well appointed property in a great area with close proximity and a short cab ride to downtown shopping and Old Montreal area. We found numerous restaurants, with a variety of food /menu options, within walking distance. While the property is on a busy street during the day, we always felt safe and appreciated it was quiet at night for sleeping. Thank you Vlad for your hospitality and we appreciated the airport pickup and your quick responses to all our communications. We loved our 4 days in Montreal and hope to visit again!

Very clean & well kept property! We really appreciated not having to work through extensive check out steps - just put the keys back & you are good to go! The only thing we struggled with was deciding which set of spiral stairs to climb in the back (it’s ones to the right when looking at the building) but after that everything was easy…would definitely stay here again. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do & the host was super responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We love this property! Well designed and appointed and the location is incredible. We ate like royalty for two days within 5 minutes walk. This place was perfect for our two family gathering. The stairs up are a challenge, but worth the effort. Loved morning coffee on the patio. We would stay again in a minute!

Wow. Everything one needs to enjoy all the shopping, dining, evening entertainment all in one convenient location PLUS off street parking. We needed a rental car to head to Quebec City but didn’t want the hassle of parking on the busy streets of Montreal so the spot that this place is perfect. The apartment’s location is the best. The beds are nice the showers were good and overall 10 out of 10 on cleanliness!! Perfect for our family of four.

The house was great for location, cleanliness, and overall needs inside. However the stair situation was very poor accessibility, had to climb up and down a very steep and snowy fire escape to access the parking spot, and the front stairs were also very steep and snowy.

The apartment was spotless and beautiful! Our family of four had a wonderful week! Comfy beds, kitchen fully equipped. The place is very well situated. Just a short walk from the Metro and surrounded by great food options. For a family with two teenagers, having separate spaces is a must. It was also nice for our teenage athlete to be able to cook his own meals whenever he got hungry. We’ll definitely return next time we are in Montreal
