Nice space and plenty of options available for how a group might organize themselves. Comfortable deck, yard, and fire pit area in the back, and easy garage parking access. Would have liked some table lamps in sitting areas as different options besides overhead lights, especially for evening illumination. Worked well for my group including meal preparation and entertainment options, and convenient to everywhere we were going.
