Guest access

Guests have private access of the entire house, front and back yards but no garage access. There is free parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.

POOL & JACUZZI HEATING

This is optional and charged separately at $75 per day.

You may decide to heat the pool at time of booking or upon arrival, just keep in mind it may take up to 24 hrs to heat-up. If you like the pool to be preheated and ready for your arrival, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to arrival.


OCCUPANCY, PARTIES & EVENTS

We do NOT allow large gatherings, parties or events.
Maximum night-time occupancy is 6, day-time is 10. No more than 3 vehicles can be parked on or near the property at anytime. Occupancy of more than 4 guests is charged at $50 per person per night if announced prior to arrival. Unauthorized over-occupancy is charged at $100 per person per night.
