THE SPACE:
This cozy attic studio is located directly on Main Street in the heart of Tannersville, NY. Enjoy this intimate space while watching the snow fall above you or while enjoying a cup of coffee before taking a stroll through Main Street. This apartment is conveniently located and is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops that the Village of Tannersville has to offer. All while being a 5-minute drive to Hunter Mountain and a 15-minute drive to Windham Mountain!

THE PROPERTY:
This brand new studio unit is one of four in the building and is located on the third floor. The space includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with a walk-in shower), and an efficiency kitchen that offers a stove top, microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The building itself has just undergone a major renovation and will also soon be home to a restaurant which will fill the first floor.

The property is in the center of town and walking distance to everything that Tannersville has to offer! Just to name a few, Last Chance Cheese Shop, The Pantry on Main, Slopes Nightclub, Rooted Flower Shop, Jolie Mountain Top Spa, and Camp Catskill all surround the property.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting November 2026 there will be a restaurant operating on the first floor of the property. There may be some noise that travels to the apartments above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please do not hesitate to reach out first before booking.

The room was great! It’s right in town on the main drag. It faces the back of the property so it was pretty quiet. It was very clean and well decorated, and had all amenities needed for long weekend. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Cozy!

Had such a great weekend in this studio! It was super clean and had the perfect amount of space for two people during a weekend stay. Host was so nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book this property again!

This was beautiful! I've found my own personal writer's retreat. The excellent use of space made it feel as if "I already lived there". It was expertly designed. The soft carpet leading up to the apartment. Great appliances. Cozy lighting. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly spacious bathroom. Soft towels. The location - insanely perfect. A few doors down or across the street from great restaurants, cafes, shops... and close to where the weekend Tannersville Trolley stops... so you can get a ride to great hiking spots without having to use your car. Tannersville, NY is a great hiking (and skiing town) with excellent food and great vibes for days!
