This cabin has beautiful views, deer coming across the property morning and night. The cabin is very spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

The amenities stood out and the beautiful decor and furniture in the cabin. Such attention to detail on lamps, decor, and made the cabin experience even more special for me and my kids. The location is fabulous.

I’m requesting a refund due to the following Before our arrival, I specifically asked on Wednesday if the hot tub was fully working because there was a recent review stating it wasn’t. I was told everything was functioning. However, when we arrived, the hot tub was low, cold, green, and smelled like a fish aquarium. Although maintenance came out, filled it, and shocked it, the water never got properly warm and remained unusable. I was also told that a spa company would come inspect it, but no one ever showed.In addition to the hot tub issue, we encountered the following:    ‱    Wasps throughout the cabin entering through areas of rotted wood    ‱    No towels in the master bathroom    ‱    A dirty mattress in the master that appeared stained, possibly with blood    ‱    Dirty bedding stuffed into the master closet    ‱    Stove not working, with no prior notice    ‱    Grill unusable due to heavy grease buildup and parts falling apart    ‱    Bugs in the master tub    ‱    Pine needles piled on the deck and around the chairs due to lack of maintenance    ‱    The firepit had a chair inside it and was surrounded by pine needles, creating a fire hazard that we had to clean up ourselvesContact the host she only wanted to give 30% back and even the maintenance guy that came out said she is the worst host out here with cleanliness and maintenance and he would not get in the hot tub at all and he would request a full refund. I have more photos but won’t let me add

Over all beautiful cabin very comfortable rooms and the outside absolutely beautiful BUT there was a few problems.1. Hot tub wasn't working at all we had to find out ourselves also it was super dirty alot of dirt was seen inside the tub so we didnt get to use it at all during our stay.2. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom located above the couch upstairs. Well there was a couple times if the shower was being used the ceiling would leak and drip onto the couch.

Side door by laundry didn’t work door knob!! The grill was super dirty and burner didn’t work!Toaster weren’t working either The last room the jacuzzi was super dirty!! The maintance lady was trying to get us out by 10 am and check out was by 11 am!! Host said to wash towels! And the house keeper told us we weren’t supposed to wash nor clean or take the trash out! And we did that!
