Bluestar Bluff is a bright, contemporary home with expansive Cape Cod Bay views and deeded beach rights across the street, is the perfect place for a vacation. FIRST TIME EVER AS A RENTAL.
Designed to maximize views, the house is upside down. The upstairs is an expansive loft-like great room, flooded with natural light from oversized windows on all sides. The open-floor plan includes the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The entire west, Bay-facing wall was designed and built as one long row of tall windows, framing our spectacular Truro bayside sunsets. On the two ends of the great room are an office, a half bath, and a large deck off the kitchen.
Sunlight pours in throughout the day, casting a warm, golden glow over the room. As the evening approaches, the large windows frame the stunning beauty of Cape Cod Bay, offering unparalleled views of Provincetown. The sunsets are nothing short of spectacular over the serene bay waters.
Walk steps to private deeded beach or short walk to Cold Storage Beach, historic Pond Village, and Salty Market. While a short 10 minute drive to the new Pickleball Courts in Ptown, this house is very privately sited and naturally landscaped.
The entrance, a den, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. The primary suite has its own stairs, and jacuzzi tub! The large deck off the kitchen is perfect for relaxing and dining with a view of the Bay, the backyard is large, and fenced - complete with outdoor shower.

After meeting my husband in Ptown 22 years ago, we have come back to Ptown and Truro, with 2 other couples annually ever since. After 22 years renting different homes in both communities, this past summer trip, we all purchased this North Truro home, steps from the bay. While Chris and I live in Los Angeles, we plan to use Bluestar Bluff often.

North Truro is the premier outer Cape community. We love being on the bay, and near Village Pond and Cold Storage Beach. It is our favorite location in Truro given its seclusion and views, while being 11 minutes from the heart of Provincetown.

We love contemporary Cape homes. This home was sited on a large lot, in the natural landscape. It was designed and built to maximize the bay views to the west, using uniquely long windows that flood the loft style open floor plan upstairs with natural light even on overcast days.
