Regency Isle a mis à jour l'unité du coin ouest du golfe avant 3/3. 5

Condo, 3 chambres, 3. 5 bains (6-7 personnes).

Ce grand condo de luxe (plus de 1660 pieds carrés) est une unité de coin en front de mer sur le côté ouest du bâtiment au 9e étage et offre une vue sur Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Ole River et Ono Island. Chacune des trois très grandes chambres a son propre balcon, deux ont des lits king size, la troisième a des lits superposés complets qui peuvent accueillir un adulte sur chaque couchette ou 2 enfants (moins de 150 lb au total) sur chaque couchette, un appartement de 32 pouces TV écran, DVD et salle de bain privée.

L'intérieur décoré professionnellement a une grande cuisine avec vue extérieure, des comptoirs en granit, un bar avec machine à glaçons et toutes les commodités de la cuisine. L'élégant salon et la salle à manger offrent également une vue imprenable sur la plage. Tout nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces et lecteur DVD dans le salon. Tous les lecteurs DVD sont compatibles wifi et disposent de l'application Netflix afin que vous puissiez vous connecter à votre propre compte si vous en avez un.

La chambre principale a un accès privé au balcon de 428 pieds carrés face à l'océan, un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée avec une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche séparée et un dressing. Il dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD.


Regency Isle est un nouveau condo en front de mer situé à 4 / 10e de mile de la Floride. Les clients peuvent utiliser à la fois une piscine intérieure chauffée et une grande piscine extérieure, deux bains à remous, un hammam et une salle d'exercice. Il a également un pavillon avec des barbecues à gaz. Il a couvert un parking réservé, la gestion du site et un service de sécurité complet.

Accès Internet sans fil gratuit.

En plus de la plage et des piscines, vous pourrez profiter des terrains de golf de classe mondiale, de la pêche en haute mer et du shopping au quai et le centre commercial Tanger / Rivera à prix réduit n'est qu'à quelques minutes. Les plus jeunes pourront également profiter du zoo, des toboggans aquatiques, du parapente, du vélo, du jet ski et de l'équitation à proximité.

Great property! Was a great getaway for our family and the condo was updated, clean, plenty room for us and the kids, and an awesome view of the beach! Property manager made check in so easy for us. Would definitely go back and stay here. The kids loved it!

Immaculate condo! Very well appointed with everything you need and more. Stacy was a great host that was very responsive to all communication. Every bedroom has a view and a bathroom. The location, the views, the amenities I can't think of anything lacking. Would love to stay here again!

Great Beach Spot

Great corner unit in a fantastic spot on Orange Beach. Perfect space for our family of 6 - beautiful views, easy access to uncrowded beach and pool, wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use this condo on a return trip.

Amazing condo!!!

This is the most beautiful condo! It has been renovated and is amazing with fabulous furniture! Loved everything about it. It is in a great location, has everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds, gorgeous views from everywhere in the condo. I could go on and on!!!! Stacy is so friendly, quick to reply, and takes very good care of her guests. The pictures listed for the condo don’t do it justice!! We will definitely be staying in this condo again!!

Beautiful spacious condo

We loved staying at this condo for the weekend with my 2 year old! The pool was perfect when the waves were too much and the rooms were set up with everything we need. Stacey was super responsive and helpful. We will probably be staying here again next year!

Great place to stay in Orange Beach

This place had it all. Great beds and soft sheets. Each room had a balcony and its own bathroom. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys for the little one. The ice machine was an added plus to take a cooler to the beach every day. Had a couple of minor issues but contacted the host and was taken care of. Great place to stay! Would definitely rent again!

Second year at Regency Isle. Love the covered parking. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in kitchen. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely look at renting in this condo again.

Great Family Vacation spot.

This was the second year we have rented this condo for our family vacation. We've stayed at Regency Isle for at least the last 5 trips to Orange Beach. This kitchen was fully stocked, even better this year than last. I have a number of siblings in the OB area. We had plenty of room to entertain groups for dinnet almost every night. The closenes of The FloraBama is always a draw within walking distance, and the pizza at Happy Harbor was a hit too. Obviously my family loves RI and specifically this condo, we'be back!

A Special Week at Regency Isle

My wife and I searched the Gulf Coast for a beach condo to host our two grown daughters and their husbands for a relaxing week. After narrowing our potential list to five which we then reviewed with the girls. Regency Isle 912 was the consensus choice and we were in no way disappointed! The condo was everything we expected and more! A great location, beautiful section of the beach, and fantastic accommodations set us up for a perfect week. Add the fact that the owner is more responsive than any I’ve ever worked with and we are already planning a return trip!!

Beautiful condo!

Loved this condo. Had amazing views from every room in the condo along with a very spacious balcony facing the beach and one outside the other two bedrooms. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group and so helpful to have bathrooms in each room plus another 1/2 bath. The condo was in a great location - very quiet and family oriented. Ice maker a definite plus! The owner was very easy to contact and was quick to take care of an issue we had with washing machine. Loved everything about this condo! Would definitely rent this condo again!!!

Our first trip but not our last!

This beach is beautiful! And so is the condo!!! We have traveled many beaches and by far this is on the top of our list for great overall vacations. We did losts of activities with the kids and enjoyed the very white beaches. The restaurants in the area are fabulous. Condo is an end unit with a direct view of the beach and a view to the west which many of the other units don't have. It was great to have the 3 bedrooms in this condo for the kids to sleep separately. The unit is very updated and clean. You can tell the owners put lots of TLC into the unit. Owners are very accomodating. I will be booking this unit again next year! Highly recommend to all.
