Hot tub Included in this rental at no additional charge. We clean and preform maintenance regularly on the hot tub and make every effort to ensure this accommodation is available to you. Due to the rough weather conditions of Far Norther California, the electrical grid and appliances connected to them take a beating as well as other issues such a frozen / cracked pipes. This is a remote part of the state with major parts houses and service tecs over a hour away. We understand the hot tub is a primary amenity guest are looking for and due our utmost best to make sure its available when you arrive. If you have a issue with the hot tub during your stay please lee us know. Thank you.
