Ideal for couples or families, this dog friendly beach house features a large deck with a variety of outdoor furniture, a convenient single level layout, and easy access to the beach and the amenities in Jamaica Beach.
Abundant seating furniture, charming wood flooring, and refreshing coastal colors work together to make this relaxing retreat an ideal escape. Gather the group in the open living area for movie nights or to watch the beach action. Four different sofas provide plenty of space for afternoon naps, catching up with your favorite author, or just hanging out with your favorite people. When itâs time to eat, serve up delicious takeout from local Galveston restaurants or cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table easily seats 6, and thereâs room for 3 more at the breakfast bar.
The Gulf-view primary king bedroom and the queen bedroom both have their own TV and sliding doors that open â perfect for morning coffee on the water! The pyramid bunk bedroom also has a twin trundle and is great for teens or kids.
Ready to explore the island? Itâs a short walk to the beach access at Buccaneer Drive and a short drive to the neighborhood shops and restaurants. For added fun, the public pool in Jamaica Beach is open seasonally with a daily fee.
BEACH RESTORATION PROJECT
Jamaica Beach is currently undergoing a beach restoration project. This project is expected to be completed by the end of the summer. Guests may encounter loud noise from heavy machinery and/or beach access changes/limitations during active workdays.

Jamaica Beach Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) â purchase a pool pass at the pool, at the intersection of Bob Smith and Jolly Roger

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if thereâs anything you need!
