Our beautifully maintained and fully equipped home is perfect for family gatherings, business trips, or large groups looking to enjoy comfort, convenience, and style. Located just 20 minutes from downtown DC, with quick access to Route 50, East Falls Church Metro, restaurants, and parks, this home combines city convenience with a quiet neighborhood feel.

The Space
Our home is designed with large families and groups in mind, offering plenty of space and comfort across 3 floors.
A total of 7 bedrooms/sleeping areas with flexible arrangements:
-4 cozy Queen bedrooms
-2 comfortable Full bedrooms
-2 Twin beds for extra guests
-1 Full-over-Full trundle bed, perfect for kids or young adults
-3 large Sofa beds in the living spaces for added sleeping options

Altogether, the house can comfortably sleep up to 24 guests.

There are 3 full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste).
All beds feature Zinus 12” memory foam mattresses with brand-new linens, pillows, and blankets for ultimate comfort. Closets are stocked with extra bedding to make sure everyone has what they need. The spacious living areas are perfect for groups to gather, relax, and enjoy quality time together.

We stayed here in December for our daughter's Master's graduation ceremony at GMU. This house had plenty of space for my family to spread out and have their own rooms. We added onto our stay, and the host was accommodating.

The property is well maintained, clean and spacious! Parking was tight but we had no issues. Management was attentive, the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the metro and DC overall. Close to restaurants and attractions. The basement room was great! My groups of 19 was comfortable!

Attentive, kind host who went above and beyond to meet our needs without being intrusive. Beautifully decorated, clean home with lots more space inside than looks like outside. Nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive to metro. We had a great stay.

Great Place. Great Area

My family and I were here for a vacation. The house was clean and in the perfect area for our visit. The metro station is only a mile down the road which made going into DC very easy. The host family was amazing. Great communication and very organized and helpful throughout our stay.

Easy location and lots of space

The property was exactly like the listing. We had three families staying here all together for a quick trip to Washington DC. It was easy to get into the city to visit museums and the house was close to plenty of restaurants.

Pleasant Family Home

The house had enough rooms and bathrooms for 15 people so it was great benefit for us since it saved us lot of time in the morning and we could get out before time for activities. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. The property manager responded really quick with any queries we had.

The host was extremely accommodating by waving the early check in fee and sending out a maintenance person to fix the central heating system.

We really wanted to love our stay but there are some considerations that need to be addressed or fixed. Pros-We absolutely loved the location, # of beds & back up beds, &#bedrooms. Parking was amazing & plenty, lots of pillows, well supplied kitchen, free coffe kcups& little toiletries were great. The place was fairly clean, and most of the beds were really comfy. Communication was prompt but there is some language barriers with owners. Cons- not enough blankets or sheets p/beds, supposed to sleep 24, which it certainly could with adequate bedding access which we did not have. (The following issues have been brought to the owner to which we believe they wete not aware given they sent repair guy out immediately, didnt resolve everything but he tried.)-whoever the house cleaner simply isn't cleaning. Only some rooms were cleaned. Wet laundry left in washer. Kitchen dishes and pans were still dirty, dirty pans left in oven, not a single item in kitchen was sorted or put away properly so we had to clean amd completely rearrange kitchen just to use it and inventory what was actually there. Years worth of mail stacked in cabinets. - 1 single cup keurig is completely inadequate for a 24 person capacity rental. So we had to buy our own coffee pot. No way 7 adults are waiting 10min ea. per cup of coffee. -1 roll of toilet paper p/bathroom for 14 people is nowhere near enough.-not enough trash receptacles or bags for guestsDishwasher& range hood not working

Wonderful hosts and a lovely house!

Communicating with Tahmeed was a breeze! I received very detailed instructions and was able to amend my contract to check in early or add more people to my group when I needed it.The place was very clean and the rooms looked exactly as pictured on the listing. The main living room seemed a bit smaller to us upon entry, but I loved that the rooms were all spacious and we had enough bathrooms to accommodate 10 girls! I would recommend this listing and host to anyone. Thanks for making our time in VA pleasant and lovely!

It's a nice place for a big group to crash for a few days. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and pots/pans -- everything we needed. Adequate number of bathrooms for everyone. Short drives to many nice places and to the metro station. Check-out is very simple and appreciated. Owner was always available and proactive on making sure our stay was comfortable. A few no-big-deal oddities: Decaf was the only Keurig coffee option. Garbage disposal failed. No shampoo (but plenty of conditioner and lotion) or soap in the shower (had to use the hand soap and buy shampoo). Can be easily fixed. I should just bring my own shampoo anyway.Beds were nice. Living room couches aren't very big but seem to fold out into more bedding. Didn't seem comfortable but we didn't use it.I'd rent this place again. Was great for 12 of us for two days.

Highly Overpriced

Poor condition of property and highly overpriced.Cleanliness is the main problem. Upstairs bedrooms have weak in-window AC units with filthy filters that have not been cleaned in over a year despite the host claiming that they “had just been cleaned”. After two nights half our party (incl. two small children) had to leave to stay elsewhere because of mold/dust/mildew concerns. Host had to be prodded to offer even a token refund (6%) for a portion of one night for them.The upstairs bathroom wasn’t clean, black hair on floor. Downstairs bathroom has a visibly filthy air filter. Toiletries provided were spotty and random. The yard is full of overgrown weeds and unkept. Garbage piled up in front of the house from the cleaners and birds picked at it the entire stay.The couches are cheap and uncomfortable, as if picked from the curb. Upon checkin basement door and a window were completely unlocked (safety). At least the beds were good. But the sheets smell of over scented cleaning product.The neighborhood also does not warrant the price. Two blocks east, maybe. But not on this block. They're all run down.It wasn't all bad. Were it more reasonably priced we'd probably overlook everything except the filthy, moldy air filters.However, upon checkout the host baits me to leave a 5 star review implying that he will reciprocate. That's the icing on the cake and it tastes awful.

This place was filthy. There is only two spots on the driveway and the street parking is packed. (Had to park 2 blocks away.) The neighborhood is very sketchy.
