Mermaid Beachfront Villa consists of 2 very elegant and traditional residences in order to offer you the privacy and moments of relaxation you need. It has an almost private beach directly in front of it, exclusively for the surrounding residents as there is no access from the main road. The 2 residences can accommodate families and groups of friends up to 12 people. Specifically: - 1st residece it's a 2-storey house: 135 sq.m total. It offers a large living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, terraces and outdoor area with furniture and unobstructed sea view. You can accommodate 4 to 6 people. - 2nd residence it's a remi-basement residence 75 sq.m total. It offers a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 1 bedroom, 1 large corner sofa bed in the living room, 1 sofa bed in the dining room, 1 bathroom and a furnished outdoor area. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
