The Space:

This lakefront escape is perfect for making memories with loved ones. Relax on the wide deck for dining or lounging, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, or take the boathouse slide into the water. Enjoy the private lake beach, then cool off indoors with central air. Cozy up on the great room’s corner sofa, or unwind in the café-style front room. The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, featuring ample counter space, full-size appliances, and two dishwashers. The deck’s grill is perfect for outdoor meals.



The main bedroom includes a desk for remote work and a private balcony for fresh air. The lower level offers air hockey, an XBOX One setup, extra seating, and a fridge for refreshments. Whether indoors or out, this home is packed with activities for everyone to enjoy. Your lakefront adventure awaits!

You have full access to our entire house, boat dock, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!



The Neighborhood:

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles.

If there’s something you need and it's not listed, please ask for more information! Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, and new stainless steel appliances. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, huge dock and boat house, deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, a fire pit, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.



**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
