The home offers heating, AC, WiFi, and two washer/dryer units for added convenience. For fun and relaxation, enjoy the private pool and hot tub (pool open April–October), beverage center, outdoor kitchen, billiards, foosball, two arcade machines, and **complimentary seasonal access to our private floating dock when lake conditions permit.**

Our lake house is nestled in a peaceful cove where water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year and typically recede during the fall and winter. TVA determines both the timing and extent of these changes, so seasonal water levels are never guaranteed. Even when the lake is lower, there are plenty of nearby attractions and activities to enjoy year-round.
