Step inside and the first thing you notice is the space. Nearly 1,900 square feet of century-old character — hardwood floors that have been around long enough to earn it, exposed brick, ceilings high enough to make the whole place breathe.



It doesn't feel like somewhere you're passing through. It feels like somewhere you live for a few days, which is exactly the point.



The kitchen is stocked well enough to actually use — pots, pans, spices, a coffee maker waiting for you in the morning. The dining table seats six, which means if you brought people, there's room for everyone to sit down together.



The living room is the kind you actually spend time in, not just walk through on the way to bed.



When you're ready to get out, the neighborhood delivers. Live music, local restaurants, the river — all walkable, none of it requiring a reservation weeks in advance or a car.
