This modern 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Houston trip. The unit has panoramic views of Houston from the rooftop deck/balcony!
Close to everything you may need to enjoy your trip. All are within driving distance of several popular restaurants, bars, and museums. Within 2 miles from Downtown, the Med Center, Toyo Minute Maid, BBVA Compass Stadium, GRB and all the nightlife Midtown and EaDo have to offer

If you prefer to stay in, the home is equipped with Wi-Fi and an 86” Smart TV in the living room, with access to all your favorite streaming apps. The chefs can use the huge kitchen stocked with all the modern appliances to prep a family meal. Relax in the large living room with ample space and seating and enjoy the views from the rooftop

No drug use anywhere on the property.

No parties or events are allowed on the property. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Remove the decorative pillows on the beds before using the beds. You can put them in the closets or on luggage racks, just somewhere safely out of the way. As a courtesy, makeup removal wipes are provided. Please use them. We will charge for makeup stains on sheets and towels. It can get pretty expensive pretty fast. ($25/towel or pillowcase and $50/sheet). An additional cleaning fee of $200 minimum will be charged if the property is left excessively dirty as our cleaners will have to be compensated for the extra time involved.

Please do not bring additional guests without prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

Please report any damages or issues immediately.

Please do not take food out of the kitchen/dining area, especially not in the bedrooms.

Please place trash in outside bins when leaving the property.

Please turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property and lock the door.
