- Although professional house cleaning will be done after your departure you are expected to lightly clean behind yourself during the duration of your stay. Help keep the property looking nice by cleaning behind yourself. Cleaning supplies are provided.


UPON LEAVING


-Remove all trash/garbage from home. Trash should be placed in bins on side of house. (If staying through Wednesday night, move bins to street curb (8th st) Wednesday night for Thursday Morning Trash Pickup. If staying through Thursday Night, return bins back to side of home.

-Remove all linen off all used beds and place in hamper in Bedroom 1.

- All used towels please place in washer machine and leave lid up - do not start the wash.

- Make sure back sliding door is locked, safety stick is placed inside doorway and curtains are closed

- Turn off Central air and heating; fan off

- Turn off all lights and close all blinds

-Lock both top and Bottom lock. Place key back inside lockbox upon leaving.
