Extended stay

Upon checking, it was very easy getting in. This home is very tiny and is not for a family of 5 people. Pet hair is all over the house, but it did say pet friendly, but you would think that the home has been clean from top to bottom to get the pet hair out and off of your bed linens and sofas chair. It served its purpose while we were in town for 28 days.

great little place - perfect for a short stay.

Easy to find and very convenient to Mooresville DT. So appreciative of their pet friendly policy and amenities. Place was set up well for us and our small dog.

You will enjoy this house!

I stayed in Gabriela’s home for a weekend. The place was very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and not to mention Gabriela was very helpful during my stay even answering my phone calls late at night. I was impressed at how delightful my stay was.

Convenient, well maintained home.

Snug fit, comfy,close to everything,well maintained home. Road noise a bit much. It is Race City after all. Not owners fault.

Small dwelling pet friendly

Traveled from out of stay to visit with my son who is attending UTI Nascar school in Mooresville. I researched and found this small quaint dwelling I thought my family and I will enjoy a relaxing week. I entered the dwelling and immediately had an allergic reaction throat closing difficulty breathing. I completely forgot that the listing said 'pet friendly', I am allergic to pet dander and hair. The entire 3 rooms in the dwelling had white dog hair everywhere. I swept the dwelling and contacted the owner about my allergy she reminded that the listing said pet friendly. I explained that I completely overlooked the details. I bought blankets to place on all the beds and couch so we dont get dog hair all over our things. My spouse and I slept on the couch in the listing photo for 6 nights, he is 6 ft and iam 5ft 6ins curled up on the couch because the front bedroom smelt like a dog lived there. Again my error for overlooking the listing details. I swept everyday for 6 days and there was dog hair. Ok the home is an older home so it wasn't required to have outlet every 6 feet on the walls. Extension cords where used to provide additional outlet it was scary to use. The Neighborhood had a few decent homes and a few disheveled and vacant homes. Not exactly mine and my families style of dwelling. Others may find this dwelling suitable to stay but me and mine did not. P.S. Gabriela the owner is a sweet lady just not her property.
