Our expirience staying at Jacques unit was amazing, me my sisters & friend had a wonderful & relaxing expirienced. Jacque was very helpful & very nice, she welcome & treat us like A family on our first meeting. We are looking forward to comeback to her unit again, it was very clean, complete Appliances & spacious enough for a big group like us...

We had great time.

Place was okey lots of people long lines checking in. We asked Security about owners name check list said nobody by that name here. Lady near the line answered I know her let me call. Lady said she uses different names apparently when renting her place with different rental companies. Place was clean but needs serious update and fumigation we where not even there an hour we were infested with small little ants on top of sink, table. We gone to dine out. Came back ants was on bathroom sink and on our beds. Lucky mall / grocery was still open got us a spray can. We clean upon using to make snacks and drinks, then spray to control if you forget to spray for 3 hours they are back and we don’t know where they come from since we are way up 10th floor. 2nd day big roach was in bedroom I have to do a bad deed of disposing. Bathroom top wall tissue dispenser needed TLC so as tiles need scrubbing it’s dingy. Took bunch of photos. We don’t cook we eat out everyday but they need to have extra bowls to put different fruits and goodies in. And extra hand towel to wipe with. So far we enjoyed walking around which is close to everything mall to shop and groceries to buy different fruits, snacks n stuff, restaurants for breakfast at Carlitos n dinner to different places was super walking distance that’s all we do explore places to eat, food was great so as prices. Security guards are very respectful greet us every time we go in n out. Second day cleaning lady came by early told us she forgot to change beddings gave us set of towels, rugs and blankets. One day all three of us decided to go different way one person stayed to rest her legs then decided to go out thinking we will stay longer where ever we ventured. Wrong I came back after an hour was stuck at the lobby since there’s only one set of key for all three of us. That means we have to stay or stick together at all times. Stayed at the lobby for 3hours waiting for someone to come home finally guard felt sorry for me called manager to have place open. Was so thankful. Overall we have fun dining, shopping, going places,etc.

Thank you so much Ms Vivian for staying 11 days 10 nights. I've never assist on my unit such a good storyteller guests :( 1. You're very bad on communication, don't follow the rules from sending your complete name for me to make an authorization letter, 2. You've stayed for 10 nights with 5 people only but we got shock for 3 days since we change the beddings, towels etc, my place was total disaster, no wonder why ants coming to my place during your stay. (if that's true) and if yes you can call me instead. Landline is available at my place 4. You nver put the trash on the bin everyday for 10 days 😭�� 5. And FYI Ms Vivian my place is Residential If you don't send your names ahead of time as we properly assist you You will wait and ofcourse you need to call me when you arrive. But unluckily you didn't. So guard call me which is not their job (it's your responsibility as a guest) and tell me you arrive. 6. My friend/assistant line for you so you can proceed to unit with me (and yet your not thankful) 7. Before i leave you at my place i told you that you can call me anytime if there is a problem But you didn't. Anyways i never experience renting my big place for 5 pax only but left the unit totally need for general cleaning. 8. Lastly, you almost cried when you can't find your companion and you tell me you waited for 3 hours, aa far as i know once i turned over the key to you You will be responsible and communication is real an answer but you never try to contact your companion to get the key from them or contact me so i can help you If the guard don't know where i live you almost stay at lobby waiting for your companion which is you told me maybe go to casino that's why they don't come back immediately. Anyway thank you for staying at my place But next time in any property You must know how to communicate and please don't make an story for you to make a very nice guests :( I am 3 to 4 years in this industry and i never encountered person who says my name is different? Well infact all details given to you ahead of time right after your confirm booking. GodBless!

Ms. Jacque is indeed a super host! She is very attentive, cordial and very efficient. We really love the place and will definitely recommend it to our friends! ;)

I and my family had a great time in Tagaytay, all because I was able to find a place to stay for a night with great service given by Miss Jacque. What I loved the most was the accessibility of the unit. My mom uses wheelchair and it wasn't easy finding a place to stay that costs an arm and a leg. Thank you!

Hi Ms. Jacque, First of all we would like to thank you for being patient and accommodating. We really enjoy our stay in your 2 bedroom unit, its' clean and spacious, it can accommodate up to 15 pax. The view at the rooftop is amazing and mesmerizing, I can't stop taking pictures of 360 degrees view of Taal volcano, Laguna lake etc. Five star for the value of money and over all experience. First time our family had vacation in tagaytay, host jacque was very attentive and very accomodating. The place is very clean and right size for a large family like ours without paying too much. The view from the balcony on each room is superb. The condominium facility like the viewing deck is an added experience. The place is so easy to find. It is also near the shops. The place is clean and well lighted. Room amenities are all true and working, except the induction hub which we find with bit difficulty. Experience in total is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you jacque.
