Great communication. Cabin is wonderful, just spent a week there. Convenient to get to everything, but still feels private since its the surrounded by woods on the backside. No stunning views, but the pool, hot tub, comfy bed and entertainment made up for it. We will be back!

Hot tub and pool area are in a warm separate room of the house. Living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. The owners responded immediately to any messages. Great place for a family with young kids…pool is perfect for families. Area to the pool and hot tub was also locked with a code so young kids can’t access alone.

The hot tub was nice and just the right temperature. It was a very cozy cabin, nice and quiet. Its in a nice private location, but still close to nearby activities. It was very clean and well designed and equipped. We really enjoyed the stay, we would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were so impressed by our cabin “Bears Poolin Paradise”. It’s the perfect size for 2 people. On walking in it was extremely clean, fresh smell, plenty of towels, lots of complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, & dish detergent. Even the pool room was well kept and did not have that damp musty smell/feeling like most do that have indoor pools. We also loved the neighborhood where the cabin is located. Tucked away perfectly into the woods, but not too far away from everything. We would absolutely book again.

Great, relaxing getaway...

Check-in was super easy, cell service with Verizon is touch and go here, so screenshot your door code before you get there! The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great way to unwind. Make sure to bring your passwords for your streaming services, the provided cable is very limited. It was so nice to be able to bring our fur babies and there was a nice, level yard around the cabin for them to explore! We have stayed at various cabins in the area and this one is now our new favorite! A great vacation spot and we can't wait to return!

Excellent!!

Perfect location in a private and peaceful neighborhood in the mountains. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The indoor pool was entertainment for our kids for the weekend so no need to spend lots of money on attractions. We even saw a small bear from the pool room view!! 10/10 for communication with cabin management support. We’ve been visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg as a family of four for years and this cabin was by far the best of all other places we’ve stayed.
