Yippee-Ki-Yay is a brand new construction, 2BR/2BA cabin in the 💜 of all the action in Hochatown/Broken Bow.



If you're sick and tired of driving on crappy roads to get to your cabin, then Yippee-Ki-Yay is the place for you.



You'll have everything you'll need including plenty of space in the kitchen to load in your groceries so they don't just have to sit on the counter during your stay. You'll have access to our coffee/hot chocolate/milkshake bar, luxurious and comfortable king beds, a fun digital game table, and streaming TVs, Out back you'll be treated to our firepit area with included firewood, steaming hot tub, under cover grill area, and an EV charger - just bring your own cord.

THE SPACE:



From the moment you open the door to our cabin, you'll feel a sense of cheerful calm. The soothing color palette and cozy furnishings will make you want to move in for the long haul. You'll enjoy all the natural light coming through the wall of windows in the living room and the majestic mature trees around this cabin. Roads are paved all the way to the cabin, so feel free to bring your sportiest ride!



Inside, you’ll find a living area with designer furnishings, an open, modern kitchen, and seating at the extra large island. The kitchen is a cooks dream, with everything you'll need to prepare the perfect meal. There is an unbelievable amount of cabinetry in the kitchen, and you'll appreciate that your pantry items will be hidden in the pantry, and not left out in the open. You'll find two split bedrooms off the living area, each with a King bed and the high end memory foam mattress all our guests rate as perfect! Each bedroom has it's own full-sized en-suite bathroom. In the primary bedroom, you'll find an elegant oversized tub, and large walk-in shower. We provide Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, full sized linens and make up wipes.



Once you get settled in, you’ll find so many options. Relax on our Full-sized sofa sleeper with a cozy blanket in front of the fire and watch your favorite show on the 55-inch smart TV which includes a streaming package on YouTubeTV. Or challenge your loved ones to one of the hundreds of games on the Infinity Game Board. Make a meal together in our fully equipped kitchen or take the world’s longest soak in our spa tub. The choice is yours!



We didn’t forget about the exterior! The front porch offers 4 rocking chairs for people watching or enjoying your morning coffee. And the back porch... so many options. We see deer on the daily from all the windows and porches and we feed them regularly to keep our deer friends coming back. Relax in the hot tub, watch TV by the outdoor fireplace (seasonal) in the outdoor seating, grill your favorite dish on our propane grill (propane and grill utensils are provided), challenge your guest(s) to a game of corn hole, enjoy the string lights and fire pit when the sun goes down (when drought conditions aren’t present), and be sure to bring marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers so you can make s’mores around the fire, under the starry Oklahoma sky. We are on an oversized 1.3 acre lot, with room to spread out and relax.



You'll receive 5-star service from beginning to end. We truly want every guest to have the best possible experience, whether this is your first visit to Broken Bow or if you come on a regular basis. We offer assistance with just about everything from recommendations and suggestions on where to go and what to do while in town, to helping plan for important events and helping to coordinate delivery of flowers, cakes, groceries, etc. Our approach is to treat guests even better than we would ever expect. You’ll have the owner’s contact information from day one, and if you have any questions with anything about our property, the area, or the best steak in town… just ask!

We are located in one of the most central neighborhoods in Hochatown (Broken Bow), just 1/4 mile from Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream, Shuck Me, Hochatown Distillery and Tasting Room, and other attractions. Head out 5 minutes and you'll find many beautiful trails and scenic strolling spots, Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow lake.

• SMOKING PROHIBITED - no smoking, vaping, piping, or drugs of any kind are permitted inside the cabin.

• FIREWORKS PROHIBITED

• Gas fireplaces are turned off May-September

* Cooler for excess waters/cokes, etc., so as to not overload the refrigerator when arriving, also for lake use

* All groceries – don’t forget s’mores and condiments

* Swimsuit, goggles, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach bag

* Travel cups/tupperware for lake

* Phone chargers - we offer charging units to plug in your cords beside each bed

* Plastic bags for wet clothes

* Ziplock bags for phones for when you are on the lake

* Beach umbrella/tent/canopy if needed

* Back-up plan for rain days. We get a lot of pop-up showers or storms so you may want an umbrella, tennis shoes, or favorite game (though we have several!)

* Water shoes, hiking shoes/boots, and if raining, rain boots

* Duraflame logs if you think you’ll need fire-making help





*Note: Like most cabins in the area, our cabin has security cameras located at the front and back entrances. They are pointing solely at the entrances and they are not regularly monitored during your stay. They are used for protection of our property and guests and are for making sure our pet-free and no-parties policies are being adhered to.



*Ours is a NO SMOKING, PET FREE cabin. No exceptions. For the comfort of all guests, please choose another cabin for your stay if either of these are imperative to your stay.



We STRONGLY recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. With the constant uncertainty surrounding the travel industry, it’s a small price to pay to protect the costs of your trip should you or someone in your party become unable to travel. We adhere to our cancellation policies outlined here and in our rental agreement, which we require to be signed and returned.
