Ce condo très spacieux et spacieux a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous reposer, vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances aux Rocheuses. Avec 4 chambres à coucher, une mezzanine et 3 salles de bain, il y a beaucoup de place pour se déplacer après une journée bien remplie. Que vous visitiez la saison de ski ou la saison estivale, avec un petit groupe ou un grand groupe, ceci est un très bon condo! Un grand salon ouvert-salle à manger, est prévue autour d'une cheminée en pierre massive. La cuisine de plain-pied à travers est pleine taille et dispose d'un snack-bar aussi. Le salon principal dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Deux portes coulissantes en verre donnent accès au grand balcon. A l'étage, vous trouverez une mezzanine, la 4ème chambre, et une autre salle de bains. L'unité est entièrement meublée, jusqu'aux draps et à la vaisselle. L'unité dispose également d'une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité.

L'entrée du bâtiment international est au troisième étage. Il n’ya que quelques pas du parking pour accéder à la I-302.

Le bâtiment international a un bon accès aux pistes, slopeside situé. Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur mur Ouest. Une courte promenade, skis, et vous êtes sur les pistes.

Les infrastructures complexes sont sûrs pour compléter votre expérience. Comme bureau et le personnel sur place, il est facile de vérifier-in / out et répondre à toutes les questions qui se posent lors de votre séjour. Les services de ménage sont fournis pour tous les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. San Moritz a son propre service de navette privé qui est gratuit avec votre séjour. La navette circule tous les jours pendant la saison de ski à partir de 8h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. En été, la navette circule le week-end à partir de 4h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. Ils vont même ramasser et déposer juste devant votre condo! Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez également profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses à l'usage des clients. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable!

Girls Getaway

Great place for our girls getaway weekend. Everyone had their own space, beautiful views, hiking trail from the top of the chairlift right back down to the condo. Crested Butte is a great place to visit in the fall!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. The views are stunning, the property was clean and well stocked with supplies, and we will definitely booked this place again. The location was wonderful to watch the fireworks show. We had a perfect trip and highly recommend this condo for the space it provides, the location, the ease of booking, the effortless check out, and overall quality of this rental.

Relaxing time with family

We had a wonderful time staying here!! The views were amazing. The house was plenty big for 4 adults and 2 kids! Our 8 and 10 year old loved playing in the loft. There is a bedroom and two beds upstairs in the loft which was nice but the stairs up to it were hard to get up and down. It would be hard for older adults to stay up there. The kitchen was fully Equipped for us to cook also! Overall it was a great trip!

Amazing Location. Very outdated condo.

This condo complex is amazing and the staff is A+. The location of this condo is amazing. The condo is large and has 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 easily. When we arrived, I was pretty shocked with how outdated everything was. The appliances did not work properly, paint was chipping off the walls, the decor was literally from 2001 (dates on posters on the walls), and the beds/chairs/tables/technology is very outdated. This property really needs an update. Once updated, it will be an A++. As-is, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Good family rental in CB!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice large condo that could accommodate large family get together. A bit dated and in need of some paint and TLC, and an upgrade to pots and pans, but super for our purposes of multi-generational reunion. This building at top of San Moritz development was a little challenging as a ski in ski out when path to/from West Wall lift was not groomed, and there was heavy powder snowfall - only expert skiers could ski back in at end of day. Beginners would need to use the shuttle provided, so it is not always a ski in ski out unit. Most days though it was. Overall, we had a great stay!Property management very helpful and responsive to any needs and requests.
