On the Mountain is in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte’s world-famous outdoor recreation. The chairlifts that operate in the Winter and Summer are a 5-minute walk. Or, you can set off on foot or bike and be at a variety of trailheads within minutes. For those who prefer our accommodation removed from the hustle and bustle of town but still like to get in the mix, the free bus stop to the Town stops steps from the front door or the building in the Chateaux's parking lot.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat is perfect for two families, extended families, or groups of friends looking to vacation together! **At Play on the Mountain** offers two king bedrooms—one with an attached 3/4 bath and the other with a shared 3/4 hall bath- conveniently located near the kids' bunk room. The bunkroom includes one double bed and two single beds (one single being a pull-out mattress). The fourth bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath attached for added privacy. All rooms, except for one king suite, are equipped with Smart TVs and free cable. The bedding for both king and queen bedrooms is designer linen duvets, while the kids' bunk room includes washable down comforters. Each room is stocked with plenty of pillows for your comfort.
