Loved the get away

Great stay comfortable and affordable. Has great burger restaurant within walking distance great Mexican food just down the road gas station across the street with all the fixings. Definitely enjoyed to get away from all the hustle and bustle from the fast paced life enjoyed the slowdown

Cockroaches

The neighbor hood has nothing our choice for a meal was to drive 10 miles or a gas station pizza. After having the driven 7 hours we didn't feel like going anywhere.We accessed the apartment and hauled all our stuff up a long flight of stairs. Went out to get a second load and my husband noticed a cockroach on the wall in the entry. Finished hauling our stuff up and started putting things in the Fridge, when my husband said that he wasn't comfortable staying there. Explaining the cockroach in the entry. I took a picture and we hauled everything back to the car and left.We went on to Dothan and found a beautifully well appointed clean hotel. The Magnolia Creek Lodge was excellent and less expensive then this place was.

La Cucaracha

Whatever you do do not stay at this property if you do not have cockroaches. This property is infested. It would be a nice lovely little place to stay. If it weren’t for the critters we scooted after an hour dealing with them. I think I should get a full refund, but we’ll see a VRBO does that for us
