Salut! C'est Clifton. J'offre des réservations avancées et de derniÚre minute (la cuisine est toujours approvisionnée avec des collations gratuites gratuites - Popcorn - chips - bonbons - etc.)

Dans la communauté, vous trouverez le centre commercial Weinackers FAMOUS 1882 au bout de la rue, Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Papa John's, $ Tree, etc. Si vous avez envie d'aller faire un court trajet en voiture, juste en bas de la rue Gov, vous trouverez le célÚbre pub Callahan sur Marine St @ Gov St.

Vous allez adorer le condo Ă  cause de l’ambiance, de la lumiĂšre, du lit confortable et du calme et la tranquillitĂ©. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les cĂ©libataires, les aventuriers et les voyageurs d'affaires.

S'il vous plaĂźt vĂ©rifier mon autre condo que j'ai Ă©numĂ©rĂ©, propriĂ©tĂ© # 3715750. Nous sommes plus qu'heureux de vous accueillir Ă  l'un ou l'autre condo. Je salue personnellement mes invitĂ©s Ă  leur arrivĂ©e 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, il n’ya donc jamais besoin de chercher un casier avec une clĂ©.

Great location and even better hosts

The accomodations were clean and perfectly located, close to downtown but far enough from throngs of people. The hosts exemplified Southern hospitality: helpful, great communication, outstanding Mobile ambassadors and they treat you like family.

Great Stay

A very nice place to spend a night or two. The hosts are pleasant and keep the place clean. The decor is certainly not modern, but is comfortable. Don’t think you can find a better stay for the cost.

Great location

Stayed here for Mardi Gras, perfect location and good price. The host made check in easy . The apartment had everything anyone would need for the stay, also was very clean.

It was very close to where we needed to be. Owners were very nice. Decor very old fashioned but homey. Just wished it had curtains because the room was beaming at 7am and it woke me up.

Great little room in central Mobile!!

Room was was very affordable, convenient, small, without fancy amenities if you need that look elsewhere. Clean and the host and family were gracious and nice people. If your just looking for a place to rest close to everything with the basics look no further.

We loved our time here - the hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating! After a day exploring the area it felt like we were returning home! The apartment was roomy yet cozy at the same time - perfect for us. We really enjoyed the electric fireplace for our evenings - very relaxing! Great location - wonderful apartment - awesome hosts!

Excellence in value

Great value and wonderful property owner. Stayed a few weeks for business in this Midtown property. It's in walking distance to restaurants, a park and Walgreens. Planning to stay on my next business trip.

Back to Mobile

This property is an excellent value. It’s older but clean and comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and live on site. It’s located on the edge of a lower income neighborhood but also on the edge of beautiful older Mobile and an easy drive to downtown. I would definitely consider stay here again.

Overall nice place. Easy to find. Great communication with host. Only complaint is mattress was uncomfortable. Personal preference I know but it was the only thing I wasn’t a fan of.

comfortable with all we needed

The property is an older building in the central part of the city. It is well cared for and Clayton and son do a very good job of making sure we had everything we needed. They also helped with planning what we would do for our time there. We enjoyed our time in the area with plenty to do and see. This property is well located to help us do that.

My girlfriend and I loved the property. It was perfect for the two of us. Very quite, great location for what we wanted to do on vacation. Less than an hour to Dauphin Island and other beaches. 5 minute drive to local dining and culture area. Owner was very accommodating. My girlfriend left her favorite pillow and the owner mailed it back to her. We loved it! We will definitely be staying here again.

Visit to meet the granddaughter

Very easy to get to. The owner is very helpful. If you have any issues he is there to help. The area was perfect for what we were there for. We could go fishing and see the granddaughter in the same day because we were in the middle of it all!!

I stayed at this property for over a week.It is close to shopping, a lot of restaurants, and a park across the street. The owner is very nice and accommodating, he personally called and asked if I needed anything.He also brought snacks and water. Definitely recommend.

Will stay again

Clifton is so wonderful and our stay was excellent. Apt is 2 miles from downtown Mobile and 1 mike from the interstate. The apaetmentvis dates and cooled by a window unit, but we are a very laid back couple. Lots of room to move around. The bed is extremely comfortable but it is standard size. This would be perfect for any events in downtown Mobile

Mobile Vacation

I wanted to come see a friend from Mobile, but spent more time by myself. Clifton and his son were gracious to show me the space, they had snacks and other necessities like pamphlets to see what there is to in Mobile. They answered any questions I had, even helped give me a ride to the nearest Winn Dixie since I flew into Alabama and had no car. They made my stay wonderful and made the apartment feel like home away from home! I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it! 😊
