Discover this brilliant 4-bedroom gem in Magnolia. This welcoming house accommodates up to 10 guests, and boasts a king bed with adjustable base, 2 full beds, a queen bed, and a twin-size trundle bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. The house has a full bathroom with tub, an en suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a half bathroom. Guests have access to our washer and dryer to take care of any laundry while staying. Our house has a private backyard with picnic tables and a large front yard where guests can meet our friendly farm animals along the pasture fence. Come visit, relax and unwind…experience the magic of Magnolia at our house among the peaceful pines.

The house, the property and especially the animals that were close by were perfect for our get away and writing. We had an Author's writing weekend and this place was definitely the best place to have chosen to get away to! It has a rual feel to it but still close enough to town for anything we wanted or needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Amy for the perfect get away!

This home is exactly as advertised. It is the perfect space for a country getaway. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need. They have more amenities than most even. The animals were a big draw for my son and they came up to the fence greet him each day. It’s an easy drive to town, the golf courses nearby for the RenFest. We’ll be back in the fall! Thank you for a great weekend getaway.

Amy's house was perfect in every way for our 3 day stay! Living areas spacious as well as bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms WELL stocked with everything we may have needed. Amy responded extremely quickly when I reached out to her. Our 11 year old granddaughter couldn't get enough of the adorably sweet farm animals! She learned their names and bonded with them instantly and spent every possible waking moment with them.

Our host was so accommodating around the unpredictable weather. The atmosphere was so pleasant and our guests thought the property was charming. There were a lot more amenities than we expected. Our first experience was wonderful.

Roomy, Clean and Perfect for our Family!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house. There was plenty of room for our family (6 adults) and the farm animals next door were a bonus. There were nice extra touches like plenty of throw blankets and room fresheners in each room.The gated entrance gave us an extra sense of security. We would definitely stay here again.

relaxing getaway!

Had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this super cute place on lots of land! Kids loved seeing the animals and got to see lots of sweet horses. Amy was amazing with communication and so understanding. House was excellently supplied with any needs. Didn’t realize the main rooms were upstairs, but even with my elderly in-laws, they absolutely loved the stay. Highly recommend!

What can I say? This property was everything we needed and more. First off the host was amazing and was in constant communication with us as we did have a few questions before we arrived and she promptly answered those. Even though the house is in somewhat of a neighborhood it is very quiet and the fenced in area in the backyard makes it feel like you were out in the middle of nowhere. Of course, the best part of the property was having the variety of animals next-door. Every morning a crew would come out to feed them and they would bring them up to the fence and fill us in on all of the animals along with their names. There was nothing like waking up in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and going out and petting the animals. We have stayed at many places but this one was by far the best and had everything you could ever need in a house, especially when it came to kitchenware, bathroom amenities, and just basic home goods. Don’t hesitate on booking this place you will not regret it.

The property was lovely! Just as described and shown in photos.Our family of 5 was in town for 2 family funerals, one in League City and the other in Conroe. We have family in the Magnolia/Tomball area which is why we chose this property to rent. Both services were easy to get to from the house and it was nice to stay in proximity to other family members so we could go to dinners together.Amy was very friendly and easy to get ahold of—and the animals were an added bonus.We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Better than the listing!

Home and property better than the listing. Highly recommend!!! We were in town to attend a memorial for my husband’s brother who was dearly loved and missed! The precious cow, pig, donkey and goat gave us just what we needed. They came up to the fence and allowed us to love on them. The beautiful setting and sweetheart roses made for a perfect week-end.

Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed it but I never received an email or anything from the host. Also, when we arrived to check in the cleaning and yard service people were there. They were not aware we were checking in. Some of the cleaning had not been done. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, the coffee pot had moldy grounds in the basket and the pot was dirty. It wasn’t bad but it didn’t look like the floors had been swept or mopped. This is just more of an fyi, not a complaint. The house and property are beautiful.

It’s hard to beat the peaceful pines and the green pastures here in Magnolia. If you keep an eye out, you’ll even spot Red-Tailed Hawks and all kinds of song birds nestled among the trees.

The beautiful pine trees provide a scenic border around our property, but the best part of staying here is meeting Peanut and the other animals.
