The space
Our single-story home is readily accessible, tastefully updated, and fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. There are additional beds, cribs, blankets as well as TVs in each room, plenty of board and outdoor games, water and snow sport gear, a spacious deck with grill and firepit. We have battery backup for select devices.

As guests you will have access to PML's renowned recreational facilities including a private lake and golf course. Nearby restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. are 5 minutes away and the nearest DC EV charger is about a mile away. Yosemite's West entrance is half hour drive.

Guest access
Guest can freely access all the main parts of the house, the deck, and the yard including the fridge, pantry, and storage cabinets. Use of the garage and its cabinets/fridge is restricted - please only access the garage to use the sport equipment and to deposit the garbage before checkout. PML charges a USD 50 per vehicle fee which is collected directly at the gate.
