The house was great and we loved the amenities. Pool, hot tub, fenced yard, easy walk to the beach and walking/biking trail. However, noise from the main road that runs beside the house was not so great. Nonstop loud traffic wherever you were on the property. If you don’t mind the traffic noise this is a great property but if you want a little peace and quiet this is not a good option. I hope to come back and stay in this area again but will definitely stay further from the main road.

We had a wonderful stay and lucked out with really great weather between two storms. Overall, this house was exactly as listed. Received a welcome bag with some essentials (dish soap, trash bag, etc) which was a nice touch. The yard was plenty large for the dog to run around, however, there were a few spots that she discovered she could fit through the slats. She's only 35 lb, so larger than that would be more secure, but smaller dogs than that definitely keep an extra eye on. We also had 2 unannounced service crews show up while we were there. One showed up to fix something in the bathroom while the shower was in use. And then a lawn crew showed up and had the gates open when I went to let the dog out. Some communication about that would have been nice, but we were unaware of incoming people. There are LOTS of places to sleep and would be a great, affordable spot for a big family! Gorgeous sunset view from the deck. The pool area has lots of chairs, the hot tub stayed hot. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There were a few board games and puzzles to choose from, plus lots of books! The driveway is spacious, the outdoor shower is nice, the bonus room is really cool! I feel like the tvs were kind of small, but we weren't there to watch TV. Overall, really nice and clean house.

We had such a great week in Waves and this house was simply perfect for us. We brought our dog with us and we are so thankful she was able to vaca with us. The house was super clean with a well equipped kitchen. The host checked in via text regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool guys came mid week for a cleaning and fill. There was a bonus room that we did not use-but not listed in the description. Had a bunk bed and separate air conditioner. The entrance was outside on the front porch-no access from inside the house. Beds were very comfy and not squeaky. One of my big pet peeves. I'd definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family.
