Underground Parking: There is one dedicated parking spot in the underground parking lot.
Private Ski Storage: In the garage is private ski storage guests will have access to. The previous guest has donated a brand-new set of sleds for your usage.
If sleds are in the storage, feel free to use and place back in storage when done. If broken or not there, please let us know so we can replace (no charge to guest).

Security Deposit Policy A refundable security deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Ski Locker -The ski locker located just outside the front door. The key for the locker can be found next to the key card. We recommend keeping all ski gear in this closet for convenience and safety.
Mail & Packages -Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay. Packages will be placed in the Mail Room next to the hot tubs. Please note that this is at your own risk — we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Important Key Information -The ski locker and mail room keys are difficult to replace. A $150 fee will be charged if any keys are lost. -No smoking/vaping or illegal drug activity is allowed on the property, there will be a charge in addition to any damages they may have occurred from smoking inside the home. -Pets are allowed for minimal pet fee. -No events, parties, or large gatherings -Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us -Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 10 guests -Please do not move or rearrange any furniture -Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab. -Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage. -Parking can vary in different complexes; vehicles must only be parked in designated areas. Please call ahead of time to inquire about RV, trailer, and boat parking as some complexes do not provide this.

Great condo in a centrally located area
We stayed for 8 nights and had everything we needed in the condo. Loved the location, as it is centrally located between Heber and Park City and lots of hiking areas. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property
This condo was amazing. It was new and clean and a perfect location. We were literally two minutes from the chairlift on the backside of Deer Valley Resort. The owner was so easy to work with. There were no problems. It had its own underground parking and there was no need for a key, just a code for the door which was nice so we could arrive anytime after check in and not worry about having to arrange a time to meet up with the owner. Also I loved the little touches this place had to offer like detergent and dryer sheets and hand warmers. We will for sure stay here again.
