Welcome to our new home in the Cabana Beach community located in the heart of Fort Morgan.

Our home offers beautiful gulf views from all of our gulf facing windows and large deck, and you can enjoy our private community beach with access only steps away (<3 min walk for most; 600 feet to sand). The private beach is a huge plus with secluded white sands and a true feeling of privacy.

We offer our guests access to the neighboring Beach Club Resort for a nominal daily fee paid to the Beach Club Resort which allows use of a number of amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, Tiki bar, arcade, FITNESS CENTER, sauna, hot tubs, Salon, Spa, restaurants, tennis/pickle ball, water sport rentals, & more). Please ask for details if guests are interested in this optional amenity. Great option for families for those pesky rainy beach days!

Perfect Beach House

Stop your search and book this house! The property was exactly as pictured. It was so nice and clean that it seemed like it had never been occupied. The location was perfect a super quick walk plus the beach is private and was never crowded! Loved that you could see and hear the ocean from the house, but didn’t have to pay beachfront pricing. The kitchen was well stocked and all the amenities were nice! Adam was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to making Ft Morgan our annual vacation spot.

Best beach house ever

This house was incredible! The location was just perfect. It’s less than 3 minutes and that was with me carrying my child and all the things for the beach. The house is also baby proof! Which was the most surprising excellent part of the stay. There are also items for kids like plastic plates and cups! Things we forget to bring or run out of. The bed was sooooo comfortable. The owner is so gracious too and quick to respond. We will be returning!

Easy beach access!

A great, relaxing stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. A quiet, relaxing neighborhood with a quick, convenient 2 minute walk to the beach! The front deck was such a nice place to sit and enjoy the ocean and a cup of coffee. Will absolutely stay here again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a wonderful neighborhood with a private community beach that provides privacy and seclusion for our guests. The beach access has a very short boardwalk and allows parking at the private beach access.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Though our home isn't gulf front, we do have beautiful direct gulf views that can't be truly appreciated until you are on the deck with a beverage of choice in hand. Our home is new and fully stocked with the home chef in mind to provide the best experience for our guests. In addition, the proximity to the beach (ie walking time) is as good as any gulf front condo when taking elevator wait times and boardwalk into account.
