A rare vacation rental find - amazing location with bay proximity only feet away, a well-sized and well laid out home, option to include linens, and the option to travel with your dogs! Welcome to 507 Sandalwood, a carefully curated vacation rental experience in the Cape May Beach neighborhood of Lower Township. A home for all seasons, enjoy this dog friendly rental any time of year - whether that be enjoying nearby bay beaches in the summer or birding in the spring/fall or winter nature walks! Upon entering the well maintained property you'll find a relaxing and playful atmosphere, beginning with the spanish tile flooring throughout. An immense living room on the first floor lends itself to fun gatherings. A short hall way leads to the well-equipped kitchen (complete with custom handmade mugs for enjoying your first sips of morning coffee!) and adjacent dining room with seating for 10. Just beyond the dining area you'll find another living area for additional entertaining and gathering that includes a tranquil sitting space and additional seating area with television, overlooked by the kitchen pass through. Slider doors lead to the fenced-in rear yard with outdoor seating for the whole group, complete with entertainment shed for kids and a gas grill for outside cooking. Additional first floor feature includes a powder room. The second level consists of four well sized bedrooms - a primary suite with king bed and private bath with walk-in shower, second bedroom with twin bed and twin bunk bed, third bedroom with queen bed, and a very large fourth bedroom with two queen beds and double closets. Additionally there is a full hall bathroom for the guest rooms with a tub/shower combo. Stay cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the bay beaches and breathtaking sunsets, with beach chairs included for your enjoyment and a beach access right at the end of the street! Great wedding weekend!

Absolutely loved the house. It was a busy family wedding weekend ...wish we had more time to spend there.

The host, Alan, was phenomenal and very accommodating. The house was extremely clean and had a huge collection of kids DVDs for my three year old grandson to watch. The bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the bay beach. The yard was nice and it was fully fenced for our dogs. Would definitely recommend the house. Hope to stay there during the summer if we have the time.

Beautiful house and grounds

My family of 7 stayed here over Memorial Day and the house was absolutely perfect. We threw a small 50th Anniversary Party for my sister and brother-in-law who share a house with my niece around the corner in Villas. We had a fabulous time. There were places for us to sit and chat comfortably while my grandsons played X-Box in the other living room, where they were part of the festivities but the noise didn’t bother anyone. The long dining room table was perfect for decorating and then food and cake. This house is beautifully appointed but still feels like a home. I’d love to live here! The realty company and the owners were responsive and delightful to deal with.
