The home had everything we needed and everything it said it would. There were so many areas for us to sit and catch up. The beach walk was about a block from the house with the most beautiful sunsets! We would absolutely stay again.

The host, Alan, was phenomenal and very accommodating. The house was extremely clean and had a huge collection of kids DVDs for my three year old grandson to watch. The bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the bay beach. The yard was nice and it was fully fenced for our dogs. Would definitely recommend the house. Hope to stay there during the summer if we have the time.

We so appreciated the layout of this home in which we could easily gather together as a large family—in several different areas. We had 2 small children and 2 dogs in the mix, as well. (A chest of wooden Thomas trains and train tracks was a hit with both of our grandsons.) The back yard area, again with plenty of seating for our expanding family, was perfect for hanging out with a children’s playshed providing entertainment for the children. The outdoor shower came in handy after our evening sunset walks on the (very) nearby beach (bay access was 2 houses down). The lovely local art displayed within the home added to the decor and feel of the home. We appreciated that there was plenty cupboard space for the food we brought along. Truly, a lovely home and a perfect place to make memories is a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful house and grounds

My family of 7 stayed here over Memorial Day and the house was absolutely perfect. We threw a small 50th Anniversary Party for my sister and brother-in-law who share a house with my niece around the corner in Villas. We had a fabulous time. There were places for us to sit and chat comfortably while my grandsons played X-Box in the other living room, where they were part of the festivities but the noise didn’t bother anyone. The long dining room table was perfect for decorating and then food and cake. This house is beautifully appointed but still feels like a home. I’d love to live here! The realty company and the owners were responsive and delightful to deal with.

We’ve vacationed in Cape May many years and this house has to be at the top of our list! The location is amazing literally steps from the bay. Our cousin crew LOVED the backyard, playhouse, and train set. We also had an opportunity to meet the owner and he was incredibly kind. My family and I will absolutely be back.
