This was our second stay. Did something we didn't get a chance to try on our first visit, which was to take a morning walk through LIcton Springs Park, just one street over - a lovely way to start the day!

Lara gave very clear check-in instructions so it was a seamless process. The apartment is exactly as pictured and very spacious for my family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, salt, pepper, oil spray, tea and coffee. Laundry machines worked well and are very convenient to have in the apartment.

Nice space in a great location

This is a very nice 2 bed 2 bath place in a great location. Bed was comfortable, fireplace was lovely, nice kitchen and outdoor space. I would definitely book again.

Great place close to downtown

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Close to parks for our children, nice closed in backyard, and great amenities. We enjoyed it and was super comfortable.

We stayed here to attend a UW game. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment was. Very clean, very secure. Easy to check-in. Friendly helpful neighbors. Plenty of room for our family of four. Had everything we needed. My ONLY suggestion would be to change out the master bedroom mattress. My husband and I traded rooms with the kids since their mattress was much better. Even the kids had a hard time sleeping on it. Just too soft. Otherwise, awesome spot to stay!! We will definitely stay here anytime we visit Seattle! Thank you Lara for a great stay.

Great, easy experience

We had a great time. The place was clean and the communication was well organized and clear. The neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate. The kitchen supplies are sparse but totally manageable. The building and street are very quiet

Comfortable, roomy, and convenient location

We had a great stay, and the apartment suited our family with two young children very well. The property is clean, modern, and spacious. We had a hiccup with check-in due to confusion about the lockbox and issues accessing the front door of the apartment, but Lara promptly helped us to resolve.

Christmas Vacation

This was a great stay. The apartment is huge, ground floor but very secure. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Check-in was seamless and everything as advertised. Just what i needed to spend Christmas with family.

Perfect for our family stay

We needed to stay two nights in Seattle on our way to Canada and booked Lara’s place a day or two before our stay. She was responsive, friendly, and detailed. We were reluctant to book because of the great rate and no reviews, but we’re happy we took a chance. It met all of our needs and was very safe and clean.

Clean & Comfortable

This was a great spot for us. It was an easy drive to UW, which was our focus for the weekend, and the neighborhood was quiet & comfortable. Having a 2nd bathroom available was a big plus. Trader Joe's was just a few minutes away so stocking up on food was simple. We were a little concerned that there was no reserved parking, but there were always multiple spots available on the street so it worked out fine. And the UW visit turned out well, so we hop to be back in the fall!

Just as advertised

We were in town for business. This space was clean, comfortable, and had great wi-fi reliability for our work. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were convenient so we each had our own area. Kitchen had a nice tea selection and the gas fireplace was a great treat. Conveniently located in north Seattle for shopping, eating establishments, and parks.

Comfortable stay in Seattle

The apartment worked out very well for our trip to Seattle with our grandson. It was clean and comfortable, and the directions for access were clear. We were always able to find parking in front, but it was tight, as is most of Seattle! The property manager was very attentive when we had a question. The one thing we found lacking compared to other properties we have rented, was while the kitchen had a lot of gadgets, dishes were sparse (only three dinner plates, and four of everything else). So we had to rewash things between meals at times. And outside of salt, pepper and coffee, there were no other basic cooking items. Often we will find oil, spices, baggies, etc. in rentals. But all in all, a nice place to stay!

If you like ticks and are looking to get lime disease stay here!!

I found four TICKS crawling across the pillows in the master bedroom. Two were found on the first night, a third one on the second night and a fourth on the third night. I sent multiple emails and have not heard back from anyone. How are there four ticks inside the home???? Absolutely disgusting. I was unable to sleep on the sofa because it was uncomfortable to even sit on. Awful, awful experience!!!!

Not Safe or Clean – Partial Refund Doesn't Cover the Experience

I booked this property through VRBO expecting a comfortable, safe stay—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We discovered bedbugs shortly after arriving, which forced us to leave the property for health and safety reasons. While the host issued a partial refund, it did not cover the full cost or inconvenience of the situation.In addition to the bedbugs, the window blinds were broken, making it impossible to have proper privacy. What made things even more unsettling was that just around the corner, there were prostitutes openly walking the street, (Aurora area)creating a very unsafe environment—especially at night.This listing was incredibly misleading, and I hope future renters proceed with caution. I’ve used VRBO before without issues, but this experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

NW vacation

Overall the house was great but there were a few aspects that were not ideal.- The MBR had a shade but it is so porous without any real room darkening component. - Parking on the street was a hassle, because the street is narrow and there are a lot of cars. It is not clear why one parking space is not assigned to each rental party.- The TV which was difficult to use. No instructions and no easy way to watch routine, standard channels Not clear how to access one's own prime account without initiating a new account. This was not true of Netflix.- Minor point, It would have been nice to have either some stands or bench to place one's suitcases.- Minor point, the bath mats were left in the dryer. We didn't realize this until 3 days into the stay when we wanted to do some laundry.On all the other major points it was a good stay.
