A free parking spot is included, but you may prefer walking to nearby restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and nightlife.
Two bedrooms, a workspace, and a kitchenette provide a functional place to stay while experiencing the youthful relaxed urban lifestyle of Seattle's U District.

The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.

There’s plenty to pique your interest in this cultural and educational hub.

The University District is a relaxed area with casual hangouts and a youthful feel.

Discover eclectic shops, global eats, world-class arts and entertainment, all waiting to be explored in one of Seattle's most unique neighborhoods.

Informal eateries, coffeehouses and quirky shops line University Way, known as "The Ave".

Husky Stadium at the waterside UW campus draws big crowds for college football.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, plus access to a shared laundry room within the building.

Enter the apartment on the ground level from the sidewalk along the main street. The assigned/designated parking space is ADA accessible and is located near the building. There are no curbs or steps as you make your way to the apartment.

The open concept living and dining area has a large window for plenty of natural light.

The first bedroom is spacious and bright with lots of windows. It has a king size bed and a TV with Roku device for streaming. This room also has a workspace set up with a desk and office style chair.

The second room is of average size, with a queen size bed, and a small closet to unpack. This room does not have a window.

The kitchenette offers a functional layout with adequate counter space, fully stocked cabinets and drawers, a full size sink, microwave, toaster, 2 burner hotplate, a compact refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee bar with drip coffee maker, a coffee grinder and electric kettle.

*Our place is located on a moderately busy street. Expect to hear traffic and urban activity throughout the day.
As with most densely populated cities, there is diversity among pedestrians in the immediate area.
If a quiet, family oriented environment is a must have for you, this active commercial setting may not be best suited for your needs.

*The apartment is on the ground level of a commercial building. Guests can expect to hear a reasonable amount of activity during business hours from the commercial space above the apartment.

*The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, but does have portable fans.

*There are adjustable baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and living room.

*The second bedroom does not have a window.

*The first bedroom has a dresser, wardrobe rack and hangers, but no actual closet. The second bedroom has a small closet.

Great weekend getaway in Seattle

My friends and I came to Seattle for the long weekend and had a great stay. The apartment was as advertised and Dre was a great host.

convenient location

We had a lovely stay in the house. Although a bit noisy as it was already indicated in the listing, it did not bother us much. We love the convenient location of the house, as it closes to everything, the Link, Safeway, UW, U-district, etc. We will rent again.

Hidden gem in the U district. Location was great for visiting our son who is a student at UW. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and light rail. Space was extremely clean and just as described in the listing. One thing I would mention is that the parking space is not suited for large vehicles. We have a Toyota Grand Highlander and barely fit, had we brought our truck I’m not sure where we would have parked.
