The cabin smokey with a twist was great. The view was excellent. Aunt bugs was very responsive with any questions leading up to the stay and while we were their. Would highly recommend

We loved the cabin! A suggestion would be for the trash to be picked up at least once during the stay so overflowing trash doesn’t have to stay in the kitchen.

Great views, roomy. Some of the utensils were old and needed to be replaced. Be aware this property is on an extremely steep, curvy road. During the rain we didn't think we were going to make it up the drive. Super close to Dollywood and other attractions.

Great view, great location, did I mention great location?

We loved our week in this rental. Had excellent views. Saw two bears in the trees. Less than 10 minutes to Dollywood and view of the fireworks at Dollywood each night. Location is great.

Overall, the property is what it says it is. It is spacious and had what we needed. Kudos to the view. It was amazing! And, the location was very convenient to the Parkway. So, excellent on view and location.Things to be conerned about. First, the drive up is very STEEP. If you drive a low sitting sedan, be aware, your bottom may scrape. Second, the cabin could have been cleaner. Overall, the cleanliness was okay, but there were a lot of dead bugs in the window sills. And, the bugs were another issue. I understand that bugs are in the woods, and may get into the cabin, but we had an enormous amount of stink bugs in one of the bedrooms. I did contact the property management about the issue and was told someone would come out. We were gone, so I don't know if anyone actually came out. When I contacted them to follow up, they said they'd find out and let me know. After that I never heard from them again, other than to let us know about departure procedures. They did respond any time I contacted them, I just never found out if anyone came out to take care of the bugs. Let's just say by departure time we were up to 50 stink bugs throughout the cabin. Overall, the experience was good.

The property upkeep and amenities were lacking. Toilet paper and towel racks were in disrepair. Housekeeping was very unimpressive. There were old soap stains on the sink, trash from previous guests left sitting on counters downstairs and bags of trash left sitting on pool table. The bed quilts and shams were obviously dirty with old stains and body odor smell. We called for trash pickup as the instructions suggested when the outside bin was full and no one came the next day so we had to leave full trash bags inside the house with us our last day/night there.

Check-in went well. As for kitchen facilities, I found that the cabinets needed to be wiped down because some type of liquid had splashed on the cabinets. (picture attached). Coffee pot was not cleaned. (Picture attached). Only (1) trash bag was available and when I asked support about more trash bags, I didn’t get a response.

This cabin was a great place to stay for my family. However, when it was raining, we had a difficult time driving up to it. But the description of the cabin specifically states it has a steep driveway. One of the perks was the beautiful fireworks show from Dollywood that we could see right from our balcony. It was also a great perk to drive straight into the park once we got back down the mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The property was clean when we arrived. The best part was the open porch facing Dollywood. It was great waking up and having coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. It also provided a great view to watch the Dollywood fireworks/ drone show, which is every night in the summer.The kids loved the room with the bunk beds, pool table, and arcade game! The hot tub was popular as well.There was enough room for four vehicles. The road leading up to the cabin is steep, we had one vehicle with only 2WD that wasn’t able to make it up the road one night after it rained. When the road was dry the vehicle was able to make it up. Our AWD vehicles were able to make it up even when wet.The communication with the host was excellent, they responded quickly anytime we reached out to them.Location is also great, just a few minutes from Dollywood and quick drive to a lot of the popular spots in Pigeon Forge.We were very happy to see bears in the area as well! Overall great experience, would book with Aunt Bug Cabin Rentals again!

We had an amazing stay at this mountain cabin! The views were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery in every direction and beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the deck. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and we loved spending our mornings enjoying coffee while taking in the mountain views. The location was perfect for hiking, exploring nature, or simply relaxing and enjoying the quiet atmosphere.If you're looking for a comfortable mountain retreat with incredible views, this cabin is the perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable escape in the mountains.

Great location with Lots of bear activity to witness.. this was a major highlight of our stay...the hot tub was wonderful and relaxing with great view..housekeeping should definitely do better and be more thorough especially considering the amount money spent...office staff is absolutely wonderful and very attentive when u need them..
