Beautiful home that is perfect for large families or multiple families. There are two seperate houses with full kitchens that allows that needed situation at the end of the day. We would 10/10 stay here again. The house was stocked with plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. Also it is an easy walk down to the beach.

We truly enjoyed your lovely beach home, perfect for families with the guest House. Liked having the pool between the buildings that give some shade early morning and late afternoon. The beaches are gorgeous with the powdered sand and clear, warm water. Loved the gulf ocean breeze sitting on the front porch.Excellent location, easy walkable access to beach, restaurants, dining and shopping. The little ones loved the very nice playground around the corner at the church.

I initially gave a four star rating on cleanliness but it was only temporary. I contacted the host and they responded quickly and had the service onsite ASAP and elevated the rating to a 5 on all facets. Owner was great to communicate with and ready to resolve any and all issues. Will definitely visit this property again. Beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. Kitchens are up-to-date and very modern. Beautiful decor and very tasteful. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of accessories for beach, pool and rainy days. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms modern and everything works as it should.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The extra loft in the back was a great bonus—it was also spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We loved that both spaces had their own amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The host was great, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had minor issues initially but the communication with the host (extremely friendly) was excellent and quickly fixed. The pool was awesome! It’s not huge but it easily fit the kiddos along with the floaties…LOTS of fun and late-ish nighttime swimming! Lots of space between the 2 houses which was also nice because we had a wide range of ages so we could leave a quiet space for the early-to-bed/early-to-rise group. Easy walk to the beach and we were so close we could step out on sidewalk and see what color flag was flying on the beach. Things to consider: the parking is in-line parking so although you could park 5 cars they had to be in a line. We had 3 cars and it was a little inconvenient when cars had to be moved so someone could leave because we didn’t always do the same things at the same time. Also,, the guest house King bedroom had no real clothing storage. All others rooms had a dresser and/or closet. The closet in this room housed a washer/dryer (nice to have though!!) and zero dressers. The t.v. was on a table which left us wondering why it couldn’t be on a small dresser. We made due with the linen closet which worked out fine. It could also use more hooks and/or towel bars because there also wasn’t a lot of space to hang wet things. None of these things took away from our wonderful experience though. Would still highly recommend,

We highly recommend this property! We stayed here about 10 years ago and it was always our favorite. It is walking distance to the beach. They have plenty of chairs, umbrellas and wagons for guests to use. The grandkids enjoyed evening bike rides as there are 4 bikes provided as well. The hosts were so kind, and their attention to detail was top notch, Responding quickly to questions about our upcoming stay and also while we were there. The house is nicely stocked making your stay more comfortable.We look forward to our next Destin trip and staying with them!
