There is free parking on the driveway for four cars.

***NOTE***
Backyard access is not available. Rest assured, there won't be any construction work during your stay. You will rent the entire house. You will NOT share any house amenities with anyone.

***CLEANING & SUPPLIES***
Our professional cleaners will wash all linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, towels, etc.) for you. The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before each guest's arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

You will rent the entire house and not share any amenities with anyone. You will receive your unique entry code 1.5 days before your check-in date and time.

YOU WILL RENT THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND NOT SHARE ANY AMENITIES WITH ANYONE. ENJOY A PRIVATE SPACE!

This house has three floors.

- The main floor includes a family room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a power washroom.

- The second floor includes four bedrooms (including one king bed) and a full-size washroom.

- The lower level includes one full-size washroom and laundry machines.

We live nearby, but you will do a self-serve check-in. If you have any questions, you can message us on Airbnb. Our co-host is always online to answer your questions.

Please leave everything as it was upon arrival. Do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

Guests without profile reviews, with less than 5-star ratings or with negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Airbnb, and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner, assuming no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests, and this surety helps us maintain this.
NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises.

We do NOT allow parties or illegal drugs ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Also, no more than the stated guests may stay overnight. We have close neighbours and live nearby, so we want to ensure we have quiet and respectful guests.

We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
