Bedroom 4 (Flex Room): Bunk bed with one full-size bed and one twin-size bed, TV, and direct patio access. This room can be closed off with barn doors. (No closet)

Bathroom 1: Primary Bath with sink and walk in shower.
Bathroom 2: Vanity and shower/tub combo.

Families will find thoughtful touches throughout the home, including a Pack ’n Play, convertible high chair, children’s dinnerware, and extra linens.

We want your departure to be as relaxing as the rest of your stay. There’s no need to strip beds, do laundry, or empty the fridge. If you have a moment to start the dishwasher, it’s appreciated—but not required. Just pack up and go stress-free!

🛎️ We are happy to offer a few optional upgrades to make your stay even more enjoyable!

• Pool Heating: Available from October 15th to May 15th for an additional $75 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated and ready for your arrival.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.

Guests have the entire house to themselves. We want you to feel comfortable using the home as if it’s your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.
