The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, from an electric stove and oven to a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, outdoor dinnerware, and a dining table make it easy to serve both casual breakfasts and shared dinners.

Amenities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and high-speed wifi with a dedicated workspace in a private room. • Pool Heating: Available from October 15th to May 15th for an additional $75 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated and ready for your arrival.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
