The 4 bedrooms all have plush mattresses and contemporary bedding. Bedroom configurations are king, queen, queen, and two twins. Every modern convenience is at your fingertips, with wi-fi and cable. This home has plenty of entertainment for the whole family including a pool table and board games. Located 20 min from the airport in the heart of trendy North Scottsdale. You are only 10 minutes or so from annual events including FBR/Phoenix Open, and Barret-Jackson Auto Auction. As well as a short drive to Salt River Spring Training Complex, and Fiesta Bowl. The home is surrounded by tons of activities such as local world-class golf courses hiking trails, and the amusement park Crackerjacks!

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am.
Pool Heat - $150 + tax per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool service is every Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
