🛁 Please note that the hot tub may not always be in ready-to-use condition upon your arrival and may require cleaning or servicing. Guests are welcome to contact the host at any time should they wish to have the hot tub cleaned and prepared for use.

◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed.

◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
