Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time! The area is close to malls, parks, great walks, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo is clean and felt like home, wonderful view of the marina as well.

Spectacular Stay in Aventura

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Yacht Club in Aventura. It is in a great location - exercise path across the street, close by Aventura’s large mall, restaurants, and beach! It was a fantastic vacation overall! Property manager was very quick to respond as well. We plan to return!

Really nice view

Overall it was really nice. The apartment was perfect for me and my two parents. It was really nice to stay here over a hotel because we were able to cook it meals. The pool was rly nice and the hot tub. Really the only thing is it’s not walking distance to any restaurants or shops but once we rented a car that solved it and we were given free parking on the property. Really great communication and having coffee on the balcony was the best part looking at all the pretty yachts.

However, we would like to clarify that the Aventura Mall is actually just a 10-minute walk away from our property. Additionally, city of aventura provide a freebee service that can be utilized to reach the mall or other nearby by destinations by car at not charge

Great stay.

Everything was great! Diego was very responsive to the few questions we had. Only reason for the 4 star “accuracy of online listing” was the furniture in the photo was not 100% accurate to what was in the unit. Would have liked a bit more comfortable seating for living area and balcony. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing ..... well worth the price of admission😊.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come here again. Our only comment would be that we felt the condo wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Mainly in the kitchen. Otherwise it was a great location and Diego was a great host!

Location and view from the balcony were great. The place was used as a weekly rental which we did not know when we booked it. It was not in the condition it should have been for a monthly rental i.e. old rugs, dirty towels, and limited cleaning supplies. There were no screens on the windows or the sliding glass door. We had nats one morning coming from the kitchen sink drain. The oven was dirty. The pool was a challenge. Although it was beautiful, if you didn't get down there by 8:15 a.m. every day, you couldn't get a chair. There was a brigade of Canadian women who worked with security to remove towels if you left your chair for more than 20 minutes. We contacted VRBO when we first arrived but were told to contact the owner directly and we had to handle the situation on our own.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will look into your concerns immediately. The towels were clean and new. I checked them before your arrival. The rugs were in perfect condition. We had cleaning supplies to start with and we bought everything you asked for, and we bought a new vacuum cleaner just like the one you requested. I hope all future guests will read our wonderful 5-star reviews. The title of your review seems disrespectful to me, it is very strange, that with such a bad review, before leaving the apartment you have asked me to rent next year, and I'm sorry that the dates you requested next year after your stay were already booked Unfortunately, I have no control over the pool situation since it's a community pool and used to be busy in winter

Perfect Getaway

We had a perfect family getaway. The condo overlooked the yachts and we spent most of our evenings out there. The pool area was perfect. Diego the property manager checked in with us to make sure everything went smooth. Highly recommend this property.

Yacht club

I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise with my coffee and watching the boats with wine in the evening. He bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Because of Covid we had to reserve time for the pool which I was upset with at first but turned out just fine. Pool was never busy because of it. The place was exactly as portrayed. The office personnel were very helpful and courteous. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect for our family

Diego’s space is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. My husband and I felt very comfortable and safe with our two year old In this space. The views were spectacular, we never got tired of them. There is lots to do in this area, a lot of great parks for little ones, a massive mall, grocery store, and more very close to the condo. Everyone at the facility was friendly. Diego was very responsive and always kind. I would highly recommend this place. :)

Nice quiet condo in a secure gated community with everything you need and a great view with a balcony. Owner is very responsive and trustworthy. Diego goes out of his way to make you comfortable!

One of the nicest places to stay!

Just got back from 9 days in Aventura (Dec. 28 - Jan. 5) and wow - this condo exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, and Diego was easy to get in touch with, as well as quick to respond. Starting with our arrival: all instructions, sent to us a week before, were clear and precise. Everything was as described, which made our life much easier - especially arriving so late at night with two children! Location: Perfect. It is within a 15 minute walk to Aventura Mall, 5 minute drive to Sunny Isles Beach, 15 minutes to Hollywood Beach, and about 20-25 minute drive to South Beach. Everywhere was easy to get to - including a Publix and pharmacy close by (Sunny Isles, on Collins ave). The 'loop', a walking/running/bike path, is about 4.4 km, and right across the street. There are bike rental carts along the path, but better go early in the morning. We did a day trip to the Everglades to do an airboat tour, and went shopping at Sawgrass Mills outlet mall (20-24 minutes). Condo/complex: Outstanding. Our children got their own room, with their own bathroom, TV and walk-in closet. We had a Master Suite, with a bathroom, walk-in closet and TV... so much space! The living area (with another TV) and dining room was very pleasant. There were plenty of towels, both for bathing and the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything - large fridge, cutlery, dishes, cups, coffee machine, pots/pans, washer/dryer, etc... There are even two coolers to use for picnics. Added to this is a good-sized balcony, overlooking some beautiful yachts in the bay. My husband and I used the gym almost everyday, and hung out at the beautiful pool on one occasion (we are beach people, but our kids wanted to chill for a few hours in the complex). The pool is a must for us, just in case the weather is not hot enough for the beach. Should we decide to return to the Miami area, this will definitely be our first choice. We all felt very comfortable in Diego's condo, and am sure it was a major factor in making our vacation simply perfect. ”
