The Master bedroom boasts a king size bed, porch access, 40” Smart TV, huge walk in closet, and private bathroom with heated floors. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds, and the loft has 2 twin beds to sleep a total of 8 guests in 5 beds. A comfortable and open main living area with 65” Smart TV, Leather sectional couch, dining for 8, and a fully equipped Stainless Steel kitchen with quartz countertops. This home includes Fire Pit, Firewood, Washer Dryer, AC/HEAT, Gas Fireplace, Gas Stove, Gas Grill, Covered Porch with comfortable furniture, outdoor dining, and plenty of parking! Beautiful Beech House!! Our family of 8 loved our week at this newly built Beech house! It was very comfortable and had everything we could need during our stay. The house was conveniently located with a short walk to the slopes and restaurants. And, we always looked forward to the deer who would come by looking for a treat - even from your hand! Ric was so helpful and very good with communicating all throughout booking and our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous and the host is beyond attentive and keeps in contact to help in anyway. You can walk to the slopes and the family of deers at your door each morning is so fun to watch. Will be back!

FABULOUS

FABULOUS home and property! When I first saw the home online I thought it looked perfect for our family of 4 and it did not disappoint. The home is modern, luxurious, and so clean with beautiful views. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to use for cooking and serving with quality items. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by deer which we found out usually come around 5:30 and like to be fed apples and carrots. My son was able to hand feed one of the deer. The location is perfect. There are houses around and you can see them but with the surrounding trees it felt as though we were on the mountain without anyone around. It is within walking distance from the slopes to ski in and ski out and walking distance from a grocery and a couple of nice restaurants. The property itself is so beautiful with a creek and nice fire pit. I love the wrap around deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor dining table. In addition to everything the owner, Ric, is amazing. He gave us excellent recommendations and was responsive to any questions we had. Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you, Ric. We look forward to renting from you again.

Far exceeded all expectations.

I booked this house for a 4 night ski trip to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancĂ©). We maxed out the occupancy with 4 couples (8 adults) ranging in age from 19 to 39. The communication with the host was like talking with a close friend. The house was pristine, the beds were so comfortable. I had to take pictures of the brands for the blankets and towels because blankets were so soft and the towels were so thick and soft I have never seen anything like it. The view of the slopes from the living room and loft especially at night when they are lit up is amazing. The location is perfect because it is only about a 5 minute walk to the slopes and about 1 minute walk to a restaurant. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and there were even some spices which is rare to see. The deck area is huge and perfect for entertaining. There is a stream that runs along side the house. We saw some deer hanging outside not bothered by people. Don’t hesitate for a second booking this one. You won’t regret it. There is not a single negative thing I can say about our stay.
